As a regular contractor in customer at Home Depot on Highway 79 Temecula I’ve been shopping there 3 to 5 times a workday for the last seven years and spend on average 11,000 to 16,000 a month I frequently use the pro department check out the girls there are fast and efficient lately the main checkout girls, Stacey and Chris have been moved for some reason and replaced with slow inexperienced cashiers. I know the place is gone under new management and I don’t think it’s for the better!!!! long lines in the pro department with inexperience cashiers new manager doesn’t know what they’re doing. Also, the electrical departments been separated into three separate aisle , nowhere near each other.

I highly recommend the Temecula Parkway Home Depot because of the phenomenal staff and great prices. I spent more than I anticipated, but for good reason.

This store is always clean Maverick, Anne are always amazing. The Store Manager was very kind and charming and talked to me for a few minutes. She is a good leader. Very clean and organized store.

I’m usually a customer at the ProDesk, but I have been working on several projects for other customers. The people at the Pro desk are very knowledgeable and eager to help out when necessary. I especially appreciate Lisa,, Ari, and Dan.(Danny) Also, DONELIA is very efficient and helpful as well. If you get as far as the cashier, and you still have questions, they will help you Thank you for making my shopping experience a positive one… Every day

Our dishwasher recently stopped working and we went to our local home depot and Duane was super helpful with helping us pick out a dishwasher. He helped us pick out a super reliable great dishwasher. Delivery was super fast and we are happy with our purchase.

This location has wonderful and knowledgeable employees that take their time to actually help you find what you’re looking for. The employees are friendly and treat you with respect. The store has a wide variety of items, and some good prices too.

Many months ago someone in management decided it would be better to have customers queue up by forming separate lines behind each available register instead of a single line. My complaint is not about that strategy (though I don't like it), but that it isn't working and they do nothing to fix it. Customers routinely try to form a single line (so should be obvious that this is the way they think makes sense) and then employees have to come and yell at us to form individual lines. If there were SOME SIGNS put up explaining how you want customers to line up , it would make a huge difference. So simple. But I'm sick of the chaos. I go elsewhere whenever possible to avoid it. How hard is it to put up some signs?

I always walk away with just what I need to complete my projects!

I have to mention that Dee was not only helpful but very knowledgeable on what I needed and made sure to work with me on my extensive order. I will choose to come back to this location for all of my needs

It seems that every weekend, I visit the Home Depot in Temecula. Always doing little home projects, that require some materials or tools. Usually the folks are helpful and friendly, taking the time to ask me if I need any assistance.

I love shopping at Temecula Homedepot I’m always greeted at the door when walking in I’m always asked if there’s something I’m looking for or if there’s something they could help me find.

Employees were very helpful

Today a Home Depot associate named Dee assisted me. The difference today from other days was Dee was very pleasant, great smile, friendly, and I did not feel rushed with her. She went the extra mile not just for me but I believe with every customer she deals with.

Found that the prices were a bit lower, for what I was shopping for, than other stores.

I love shopping shopping at the Temecula Home Depot in California. The people are friendly the store is well organized, and you get fastest service at the cashier.

We bought a new fridge, stove and microwave. Not installed yet but I’m excited to get them. Aside from spending money - ugh! - it was a great experience. 😊

I gladly shop at this store, and always get the best shopping experience thanks to the extremely helpful and polite sales associates.

I am working oa retaining wall project and hand rail. I have buying material for the last month. This is a very good store.

I’m just really sad to see Home Depot no longer carries Thompson Water Seal, the brand that is non toxic and a long time reliable product. They carry their own now full of dangerous chemicals that can cause allergic reactions!!! That’s insanely stupid

Was at the Temecula store and went through the PRO checkout and was assisted by Connor. He was exceptional and was very engaging, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and I left the store laughing and a smile on my face. I do not write many reviews, but had to come on here and give Connor a shout out!

Walked in as the store opened, 2 employees at the door neither of which said hello or good morning. 2 additional employees passed me in the aisles without a single greeting or “May I help you today?” It seems only Greg In plumbing is happy to be at work! He greeted me and asked if I needed any help. Cashier Maritza was very pleasant and helpful as well including her smile.
