Clean and organized all employees are helpful and friendly.

Employees from Temecula Home Depot were very friendly and very helpful. They just like my family members, I normally go to this store 2-3 times a week, will shopping from it and recommended it to all my friends.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND PHENOMENAL RETURN POLICY PROCEDURES.

The customer service is not good. Clerks misdirect you to wrong isles for product. Most other HD’s take you to the item you look for. Cashier was very rude. I almost decided to leave my $250 in purchases at the counter but I had to get the job done right away.

Today I had a big garden project, I had excellent service when trying to find an item, I had two employees calling other departments, they also recommended a better solution to my problem. I had the best friendly check out employee, Roy a sweet senior citizen, who made my day! :)) I look forward to doing my next DIY home project!

Great friendly and patient staff!

Overall it's about the same as all other Home Depot's I've been in. However, this one had more helpful employees. The employee Art, went way above and beyond my expectations. Literally did everything possible to help me out. I wasn't able to get the items I was looking for, but I could not be more pleased with the effort that Art put into trying to find it for me. An absolutely exceptional employee.

Associates at this store are unfriendly and unhelpful. Managers are not helpful either.

The parking lot sucks!!! The car travel ways are too narrow. Entry and egress from the parking lot are terrible. Shoppers can easily get run over and there is not enough room for them to walk - in conflict with cars/trucks that are loading.

Staff were very helpful & had the items I wanted to purchase in stock. The items were heavy & bulky & staff retrieved the items & had them at the loading area & assisted with the loading all in a timely manner, nu fuss, no hassle, no problem.

Dawn the associate was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service from start to end. Ran into her in an isle and then she received me at the checkout. Awesome attention and attitude. Thank you !!

I usually shop during the week close to work at the Murrieta Home Depot. Since the COVID Temecula staff have been better at customer service

Exceptional customer care.

What really sets this store apart from their competition is their employees. I've been working on a significant home remodel project over the past 8 months and shop this store frequently. The staff there are well-versed in the departments in which they work. Having taken on quite a few new projects with this remodel and having access to these skillsets has helped me tremendously. Every employee I have encountered there is friendly. Some of those at this store I've gotten to know over the last 8 months are John K in Millwork, Donelia (Dee), Elliott in electrical and Maria (Checker) - it's nice to see familiar faces and impressive when they recognize you and say hello, or welcome back.

Myrna, the sales associate, was so generous in her patient explanation to me.

The store is neat and clean, and the staff is always friendly. The only negative thing I can say is management is lazy and do not assist customers.

From the moment you walk in there is a smile and a feeling of calm. Mark; who works to load materials is one heck-a-va dude. He's always ready with a smile and a greeting no matter how busy he is. I do not know her name but as you walk in where the lumber is this associate (cashier) from her first day, everyday, and today has a smile and warm greeting. Dealt with Lisa for the first time and she to was amazing. This Temecula Prkwy store has the cream of the crop when it comes to their associate's. But hey don't take my word for it. Try it. You will like it!!! Great job guys!!!

What a great store, you always have everything I need and the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am restoring a 30 year old home and everything that I needed has been available. I will continue to shop here in the future knowing that I will be well taken care of. Thank You

Getting in and out of this store was very easy and quick. Fatima did a great job getting my order count right and getting me checked out quickly.

The Home Depot Temecula, CA store is the best of the best. Always receive nothing but the best service and friendly employees. Had to visit twice this weekend and Josie and Cynthia went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this store! Thank you for the great customer service!

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was at my usual location (Madison Rd) and they only had to of the blinds that I needed. They kindly called ahead to this location so I can go in and pick it up before they close. I made it to the location about 20 minutes before closure. I went to the isle for the blinds so I can get it cut, there was no one around. I asked if someone could help me cut the blinds. The older gentlemen, without saying words, pointed to the cutting station. I took that as a sign that he would call someone to help. A few Home Depot employees walked by without even acknowledging me. About 10 minutes later, we went up to the same person we originally asked. We said is there anyone that can help us cut the blinds, he said “no there isn’t” so i requested he call someone. He paged and again, no one showed up. A few employees walked by me again without acknowledging or asking if I needed help. After waiting about another 10 minutes, I just cut the blinds myself. Luckily, I was able to observe how the kind people at the Madison rd Home Depot cut them and did it myself. I was so disappointed in the customer service I have received from this location. I will never return to shop here again.

The Sales Associates, and specially Donelia, The cashier who assisted me with my purchases really made my overall experience at the store a great one.
