We were shown products that we are going to buy, and was told of upcoming sales for these products.

I bought tile and I love it...Very perfect for my home project

I bought a microwave hoping to have Home Depot install. Was told by the sales rep that Home Depot third-party contractor does not adjust blower on top of microwave to allow the venting through the top. Takes only 4 screws and adjusting fan to accomplish. Now I have to find another contractor to install. I've had my entire floor installed by Home Depot. Seems they can find contractors to take out 4 screws. :(

I have repeatedly used this store for months for various projects, home improvements, and plans. Each time, I am greeted, helped by, and bid a kind farewell by many employees. Dave and Vicky were especially helpful for this trip by kindly and promptly assisting me with my needs. They always have what I need and various options for me to choose from at excellent prices. The app is also very helpful for product search and navigation with ease. Thanks as always Home Depot!

Had a project I was working on at home and needed a few pieces of wood. Ramon in the lumber section was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was doing, and he cut the wood for me. Great brunch of employee you have there. I will be returning again!

I purchased three pair of full extension soft close drawer slides online for store pickup. When I got the package home and upon opening it was obvious that two of the pair had been pilfered or returned from another customer with parts missing. The associate that prepared the ordered should have noticed that they had been opened and were missing parts.

The store manager of the Temple Home Depot answered all of my questions! I have no background in handy work or construction and, being a mother or 2 and a business owner, I needed help to get my projects done well but quickly. Thank you for giving me guidance without belittling my little to no knowledge!

Home Depot used to be a go to store for us, but many of their employees are focused only on contractor customers, not homeowners. Prices have gone up substantially too.

Today I did not find any outdoor pillows

This is a corporate observation. The store is just following policy. The 10% discount for my military service was denied at my last shopping trip. Reason: "I have no disabilities from service connection". This is, in my view, not just. I worked safe, stayed healthy, and left the Air Force honorably after 8 years with zero service connected disabilities. This is Home Depot's grounds for pulling my discount. I have recently shopped more at HD because of the improvements I have seen made in all areas of their stores. The corporate policy needs to be re-considered or you will be driving away non- service connected veteran business.

I always find what I am looking for at this store.

Went to buy 12 bags of Quikrete (80lb). Used to be able to pay inside, pull up under the contractor awning, get help loading, and go. No more. Pallet sales outside only. To buy what I needed, I'd have to load the 12 bags onto a dolly inside (960lbs), pay, then haul it out to load on my truck (2 lifts). Indifferent store help said, "well, we could call someone to help if you need it", but didn't seem particularly motivated one way or the other. Prior experience with this store needing similar help would mean adding 30-45 minutes to chase down "help" and restock the almost empty inside bin. At this location, if you need help, you have to basically trap employees to ask, and then it's always "someone else I have to call", which then turns into a waiting game until they drag some reluctant worker out to grudgingly lend a hand. Not worth the time. Left without what I came for.

Staff and overall store operations are top notch

When I visited the store, the attention from the employees has always been very good.

Home depot, Good store, good prices, kindle persons, everything that I need for my business I can get in the store.

Associates are always happy to help and our around most of the time
