Very few employees were wearing masks and there was no sanitizer available to wipe down the baskets and carts. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot but it may be awhile before I go back while the covid19 is so prevalent.

Home Depot stays busy, especially here. I had to be a little patient & wait my turn for a while; that's because the employees at this Home Depot are thorough & work hard for customers.... & BTW I do not work there or have any vested interest in trying to make them look good. Thank you for the excellent customer oriented service.

Employees are rude and very unhelpful. Crowded. Employees in the specific department did not know where or what items were. Was told Home Depot doesn’t sell some items on my list only to find the item online. Ordered online and was still given the wrong item. I will NOT go back here at all!

With everything going on in the world, the staff at The Home Depot was very courteous and very helpful and took care of my wife and I very well they helped us load everything and we had forgot a few things because I ordered the bulk of it online and I forgot a couple other things so we went into the store and the Young man that helped us with our pickup order he also helped us in the store find what we needed he was very polite very knowledgeable and we will definitely be going back because we love home Depot and the staff they're just great awesome store . I don't go to any other home improvement stores other then The Home Depot.

Store is clean my only concern here is that they are limited of stuff on stock went to purchase a mower and takes 3 weeks to get!! Should of got it direct !

Managers mike and Angela are useless. The didn’t know how to or where to or even if they could fix it. Suggested I cancel the whole transaction and start over. I already had holes in my kitchen where the appliances we’re supposed to be, as the 3 emails I received said it should be. So now I have no appliances and still have not gotten my refund. I expect a call from some one with more brains than the other associates I’ve dealt with so far.

The Temple Store is one of the very best around. Clean, uncluttered, well organized and stocked. Associates are friendly and you can always find someone thats ready to help you with finding what you need and most of the time you get tips and ideas on the products you're looking for too. The prices are comparable to other Home Improvement stores. When they have a Sale Event it's always a good reason then to shop and stock up. I really liked last years Halloween and Christmas Decorations. They were AWESOME, UNIQUE, BIGGEST SELECTION EVER and AFFORDABLE for any Budget. Can't wait for the next Holiday offerings.

The store may have some issues BUT if you do have one they are always willing to find someone to help you solve those issues!

I shopped online but even on the phone the sales associate in flooring was great she was such a blessing and will the reason I come back and tell others

Store Was Clean, The Products That I Needed Was There...The HELP In The Lumber Dept Was NOT The Greatest. Help To Load Products..There Was NO Help

Derek and Dakota were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding my shower tile repair job. They directed me to the products I needed and how to finish my job. These guys were instrumental in getting my job done right with the results I wanted from the products they recommended! Thank You.

I don't want to compliment the store so much as I would like to compliment Jacquelyn who helped me with a purchase and also a return that I had. She quickly took of both and was very friendly. You need more like her working there.
