The expertise of the staff at the Pro Store is fabulous. They are so helpful. I am a small woman and every person that walks by me when I am loading something has offered to help. Chivalry is alive and well at Home Depot Pro in Colma - even the customers.

Employees not very knowledgeable about appropriate discounts. Was given a hard time when attempting to fix and receive the proper discount.

This Home Depot Pro is great. I always try here first before the regular retail outlet. They have a wider variety higher end products and more knowledgeable people.

This is one building store that I frequent and buy materials 99% of the time. Products they carry are of high grade and quality. Staff are knowledgeable of what products do. It's a great place for DIY people. The staffs are very courteous and helpful. They are so efficient at the frontline. I hate waiting in line just to pay for what I am buying. When ever I get a product that I ended up not using or have to return no question ask, return is very fast also. I give this store 5 star.

The store have location good and not so far from my house, the store is clean and have nice amployees

The associate,Tim, at window section was very helpful.He provided us a lot of information and was very patient helping us on window selection which saved us so much time and made us very comfortable during the whole shopping.The delivery team,Reggie and Chris,was excellent as well. They put all my windows safely and carefully at the place even under the rain.They put my windows against the wall and make sure they were having two points of contact. Reggie was very professional ,he explained all the details to me about the windows while sweating from his forehead.I will recommend this store to everyone.They have a good team!
