This store is my first choice, of all the other Home Depots in this area. It is always well stocked and the sales associates are very helpful.

the staffs are helpful and polite The store is clean and busy but they are staff on site to help.

I am so impressed with everyone at this store. At least 6 associates personally helped me find EVERYTHING I needed. Everyone was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Our custom window order came in 3 days earlier than anticipated. Thank you!!

The store is clean enough for a hardware store, and there are more associates to help you in the Pro store than the other stores. I like that they have wide aisles for check out and always a cashier to help you, none of this self-check out which I do not like in the other stores. They recently rearranged entire paint department and now it's harder to find things. They also moved a lot of things to places that are hard to find. For example Rustoleum LeakSeal, which not many associates even know what it is if you ask them for a can of LeakSeal, was moved to spray paints and is hidden at floor level so you can barely see it. It is a rubber waterproof sealant, if anything it might be better in roofing supplies or with caulking. It used to be on end caps and hung off walls so very easy to find all over the store. Now none of my guys can find it at all because it is hidden. They could also put it where they have the spray Great Stuff foam. They are trying to be a real contractor store and have a lot more things than regular home depot, but still missing a lot of the items we need from specialty stores like the local electric or plumbing supply houses. I walked in through the doors with a project at hand and no prior experience. James and Victor N took it upon themselves to make my project theirs too. I have never seen such a committed level of service. They not only educated me on the project but provided me with everything I needed to get it done. When we were done I felt compelled to tip them but they refused and said "my pleasure". Just wow. They really went out of their way to make my project a success. To top it all off Tasi and Ivett made me feel welcomed and not a burden at all. I was feeling bad because I knew I was being an inconvenience, but they sure didn't make me feel like it. Thank you.

The merchandise was easy to find, with well-marked sections. There was plenty of stock and quite accessible. All staff that we encountered were helpful and courteous.
