Great workers and I always return to this store

The store is always very clean and the workers are always nice and ready to help you.

I wish I lived closer to this location. The service was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone knew what they were doing. Such a pleasure to visit this home depot store.

I called Connie A. over the phone yesterday (05-May-2018) at ~4:30 pm and ordered a mini fridge that was not included in my previous purchase of stainless kitchen appliances. After we set a date (06-May-2018) and time (11:30 noon) for the purchase and pick-up. My mini fridge was already in the cashier area when I got there and Andy M. personally helped me with the transaction and even put it in my truck. The young man in the garden area helped me with buying hostas (unplanned purchase). And Melissa (cashier) was really friendly and professional too. Since I was in a hurry and had to be home at a certain time - I can only spare 45 minutes due to a pre-planned appointment elsewhere, these people made my trip very efficient: back and forth to Hemlock + buying a mini fridge & 4 hosta plants at Home Depot. It only took me a total of 32 minutes for the entire trip and shopping! I am certainly coming back to this store = Efficient, Friendly and Truly Professional!

The staff at Home Depot at #2779 Saginaw (Gratiot Road) were very friendly, always smiling and knew where the products were in this large store - each one personally accompanied me where I could get the items I needed. They also give advice and recommendations on the things I needed to buy for a specific project. Keep up the great work guys!

When I had to make a replacement for the double electric wall oven I bought (30 inch) to the 27 inch I need, all I had to do was call both Andy M. and Connie A. After I arrived to the Home Depot Store - both Andy and Connie had all the paperwork for the replacement done! Thank you Andy and Connie - you are what Home Depot is all about = Best in Class!!!

I wanted a complete change of my entire kitchen appliances - stainless steel. This Home Depot store had everything I needed. Kudos / thanks to Mr. Andy Mankoci and Ms. Connie Adado for helping me out - they are both knowledgeable, friendly and totally helpful. I got the best deal for the quality of appliances I needed... and made the purchase right there.

The employees are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! The store is clean and well stocked. I have shopped here since I moved back to Michigan six years ago and enjoyed every shopping trip! Love this store

I have shopped at this particular home depot for years. I have built my pole barn 28 X 48 with all of the materials coming from this store and also several other remodeling jobs and home improvement projects. The staff at this store is nothing short of remarkable! In my opinion no other home improvement store even comes close. Keep up the great work!

I want to say that I enjoyed shopping at your store and Andrew, the cashier, did a great job of insuring that I was treated well and that I received the products I was looking for to complete my bathroom remodeling project. In addition, Andrew made the call to credit card services to insure that this transaction was included in the 18 month 0% financing promotion. Also, there was a store employee in the parking lot that helped to load my purchase into my car!
