I had 2 flooded rooms on Christmas Eve day. With the wonderful guidance of customer service this wet/dry vac saved me from "dampened" spirits on Christmas EVE!!

The store has some wonderful and helpful employees.

Catrina is the best hands down

Amanda checked us out today. She was very polite and made us feel at home. Even if nothing else we will be coming back mostly because of her genuine and welcoming posture during our interaction.

I went to purchase a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower today. I was having issues with making the purchase and updating my personal information. Beverly, in customer service, when above and beyond to help me resolve my issues and make my purchase. She was patient, professional, and at times comedic. It was truly a pleasure working with her. There was another young lady that also helped from time to time and an assistant manager, Tom that also helped. I would recommend this store to my friends and family alike.

When I went to purchase some household goods and found everything thing I needed where they were supposed to be.

I was the Monticello location today, as I am making a new garden at home. The employee Catrina that helped us with what we needed was so pleasant and helpful with all of our needs. She went above and beyond. I wish all were as nice as her!

I’d like to say Thompson store employees went above and Beyond!I purchased carpeting and had questions. The Flooring Dept was vacant. But 3 employees went above and beyond to help me. Kenny, (box person), Bev (cashier) and Kimberlee (Special Designs). Each person made my experience wonderful. Answering Questions and getting other personnel to help if needed. Thank you to Kenny, Bev and Kimberlee T for helping me!!!! They deserve an award! :)

Great customer service with catrina

I’ve been to different stores and the store is very friendly willing to help you. If you have a problem, I won’t go anywhere else but Home Depot in Thompsonville MONTICELLO.

Today, we went to The Home Depot for supplies for a community project. From the person at the Customer Service desk, to the sales associates at various aisles, to the cashier, the people were helpful and readily available.

Catrina is the best at the service desk always working extra hard and multitasking with the biggest smile she really runs the desk everyone asking for her help with their problems and she’s always willing to help!

I rent and renovate homes all over Ny nj and FL, so I’m in a lot of Home Depot’s, this store has great employees that seem to all get along well and work together which in turn makes the store a much more pleasant experience compared to others especially in FL Miami and Gandy in tampa fl

Thank you homedepot staff for making me feel great. I was sharing a story that my tenant has not paid rent in 5 months and completely trashed my house costing me over 25,000 dollars everyone spent extra time with me and was very helpful. I guess it’s a thing in Monticello….

The store has always been excellent in funding what we need. On this last case the store representative was particularly helpful.

I had to buy a screw of a specific size and when I was checking the screw size at the store, it fell off from my hand and landed under the shelves. An employee named 'Connie' assisted me with all that she could do in trying to retrieve the lost screw. I was so thrilled by her motivation to help me find it as she understood how important it was for me to find it.

This has been the quickest purchase I have made for a drill in the various stores I have visited, and I buy more than 20 drills annually.

I have been shopping at this store a lot lately because of a reno project. I have a good employee experience every time. It's a busy store so I know Home Depot is raking in money. Share it with those workers!

Our Home Depot Store in Thompson Square is the place to find anything you need. Especially since there are no other similar stores in Town.
