This store is clean, well stocked, and the employees always go out of their way to be helpful!

I was not given my military discount even though I was holding a very hard earned military ID card.

We were helped by the cashier Davida and she was very helpful, kind to us, and respectful of our needs...plus she was super attentive and even gave our dog attention. We will be back just to say hello to Davida! Thank you

I’m so happy cashier Davida helped me set up my in store card because all 11 cans of paint that I got were for a job, so she saved me money and I got a card I can use in store now!

I have placed several online orders and did a curbside pickup. The staff has been so helpful that it has made my Home Depot shopping so pleasant. My raised garden is looking so nice now.

I have bought my last seven appliances from Earl at the Tramonto store and would not go anywhere else.

I love Home Depot but I will never shop at this store again. The cashier and manager were the worse. Just go to Lowe’s where they treat you much better.

I can usually find what I am shopping for at this store at a lower price. The selection is extensive and most of the time well stocked. Despite having some light bulb issues with a product I was compensated by the service counter which made me feel like a valued customer.

Don't go to the flooring department, The guy working there has no idea on how to run the computer, 1/2 hour task for purchasing 8 window blinds took 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! He would make a better Wal-Mart employee than working for Home Depot!!!!!!!!!!

The first Home Depot rep we met directed me to the proper area (right close by) and called to have another person waiting there to serve me. That person, Sean, was more than helpful as he first listened to determine the project (creating shelving out of plywood sheets) and the proper materials needed. He then compared products, showed the value, cut the material, and suggested another product to enhance my work (veneer edging, which I also willingly purchased). Lisa checked us out in very professional but friendly manner, and we were on our way. Warehouse feel? NOT AT THIS HOME DEPOT!! We just moved from California, and the Home Depots there are messy, the items pawed through, product left on the floor, mostly 2nd rate lumber with much of it left behind by buyers trying to find a decent product to purchase and take home, so many boxes opened and shoplifted. Great job here, which points to well trained and caring workers led by great management!

Fewer shoppers wearing masks. That makes it unlikely that I will shop there again soon. I have small children and an elderly parent and will not compromise their safety for the home depot's reluctance to enforce the mask mandate.

I shop this store all the time and inventory is usually great and the employees are helpful when needed. The only downside to this store is the clogging of aisles with impulse buy displays.

This store is always well stocked and organized! It’s always busy but doesn’t take long to get checked out. The cashier lady Tessa is very nice! All the employees seem friendly and helpful!

I was there to return a dead plant and to make a purchase online. The employee was new but he exhibited natural customer service skills and attention to detail. He was extremely courteous, needed very little supervision, wanted to make a good impression and he certainly did. After the return was complete, he quickly handled my online purchase, finalized it correctly and thanked me for my business. His name is LUCKY and the Tramonto store is 'lucky' to have him as an employee. I hope he goes far with Home Depot. He has what it takes.

Great selection of fall foliage, Geraniums being my favorite, as well as the potting soils and other gardening accoutrements needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tramonto Home Depot!

Outstanding customer service. Everyone is so helpful

Curbside pickup is horrible. I had to go into the store 3 times for my curbside pickup, because they messed up on my order and pulled the wrong product from an online order. Associates don’t wear masks or wear them on their chins, It is not enforced for customers to wear masks even though it is a county requirement. I won’t be back to this store.

If the gal at the paint department was any example of the standards at this store, I was very impressed. Actually, the previous time we went a guy at the checkout was very friendly and personable as well. Thank you for being so welcoming to brand new Phoenicians.

I love how clean this store always is! My experience was great until I went to self checkout. The cashiers need some serious customer service training. I was polite and friendly there was no need to receive the attitude and rude behavior I was given. I made a return and received a giftcard. I attempted to use that gift card but my ID didn't scan. Liam the cashier came over, never greeted me or said a word just punched in his code and tried to scan it again. He called a blonde girl over, assuming a shift lead I couldn't find a name on her apron. He asked if I should go back to customer service and she said no. She advised me I needed to wait 30-40 min for the card to reset since i scanned it and it now shows zero balance. I showed her my reciept and told her I wanted to use it right now. She argued with me and told me I could use it next time if I didnt want to wander around until it resets. I asked if I should go back to customer service, she said no they wont do anything. I told her again there was no reason I shouldn't be able to use it right now. She rolled her eyes, literally huffed and puffed out loud slammed her code in and gave me a discount amount of what was on my card and I threw the card away. Why did that need to be so difficult? $5.39 why couldnt she just do that from the beginning? $5 is $5 when you're on a budget, no need to be so rude. Hope she realizes she should be more kind to people.

Lack of employee interaction is disappointing. While I was looking for a tap set in the tool area an employee came over to my general area. Instead of asking if I needed help he pretended to work and he watched me to make sure I didn’t steal anything.
