Prices ring up wrong at the register and cashier will not adjust price to match advertised price. They state that is the price and they can't do anything about it or for you

This store is overwhelming, clean, beautiful. There is many associates available to help even in unexpected places. I needed help with a power tool and was unable to locate the associate in that department. A cashier, Melissa, stepped away from the cashier area and help me retrieve a locked tool. That is over and above any experience I have ever seen at Home Depot. It's a pleasure doing business with people like that. Shout out to Zach and his awesome team at 4186. Need more than five stars for customer service. Thank you again.

Considering that summer is ending, this store had many items for planting now

We was in the area of Trexlertown and realize a homedepot just open up in the area went in and was excited we stop in, the staff is friendly and was very helpful to us i will definitely be back with friends and family smiles

This new Home Depot is a pleasant place to shop. Shelves are well stocked. Aisles uncluttered and employees go out of their way to help you.

Cashier Catherine was very helpful with me when I was having trouble scanning my large items in self check out. She even helped me with signing up for military/veteran discount and I was able to use it today. Employees were available, helpful, and very nice.

We are building a new home and have been to the Trexlertown Home Depot many times since it opened. On each visit we are welcomed by smiling employees, help is readily available, and the check out experience is pleasant and fast. We purchased blinds for the entire house with the help of Carol and Emily in the design department. Carol helped with the selection of the blinds, the quote and the follow up to ensure the order was exactly what we wanted. Emily answered questions and was eager to help. We highly recommend this store to others.
