This crew is very helpful. My wife and I had a huge shopping list. We asked for some one to help with window blinds. Gideon came to help us find all the blinds we needed and continued to assist us find the other 20+ items and even helped us load it to our vehicle. Thanks Gideon you made our day.

Anna E in kitchen appliances at troutdale Oregon store went above and beyond to help me in my 18-year-old special-needs son choose three specific kitchen appliances two of which we needed ASAP for a general contractor and kitchen rebuild next week. We were kind of complicated with our needs and she did her best to answer a question show us, while bouncing between other clients and the showroom . So very knowledgeable, If she couldn’t ask her question, she let me prove her computer to explain some specific dimensions I was looking for. Thank you for helping me and my son Sam!

I was very happy with how they made having to deal with customer service very easy.

This store is clearly has good management. The employees are always helpful and service is fast. Everyone seems trained to do everything, so there is no nonsense about waiting for another employee with the right training. Recently there was a pricing mistake and they made it right. We like shopping at this location.

I needed help preparing a full sheet of sheet rock and while the team was actively busy the manager Kelly jumped in and took great care of me, made me feel important

Had to buy a generator, to my surprise they were open and serving customers.

We have been remodeling our home for a couple of years now. lol It is down too last two rooms, almost done. Almost everything we chose came from HomeDepot. All other places prices too high or quality too low. Not good selection at most other stores.

I came into the store this morning and was overwhelmed at the size of the store. Sharon Sanders greeted me and helped me find all of the things that I needed. She was amazing and I will definitely come to this store in the future for any home improvement needs I have.

I purchased a Ryobi chain saw and I had a little problem with checking out, wrong price. I have to thank Jami in customer service, within minutes she fixed the problem with a smile on her face. If you have a problem I highly recommend Jami, she will take care of you.

We are working on making our own Kombucha and needed to pick up a heating pad. Home Depot seems to always have all our odd items we need in our home.

I went to get a key made today and was told by a husky balding male employee that I’d have to wait a long time as he pulled a shopping cart in front of me to block my view of the keys I was trying to decide on he said rudely I still have 9 more keys to make and this merchandise to deal with , a young man stepped up and offered to make my key for me , they need more employees that are eager to assist like the young man did and maybe retire the ones who put merchandise over a paying customer, I was willing to wait but the attitude and the aggressive behavior I could definitely do without.

Ward in millworks went above and beyond. he helped us with our decision process regarding a sliding door. He informed us of many things to think about when purchasing a door... from lite count... to even wall studs. He is an amazing and kind person who takes pride in his work. He was like an encyclopedia!

Lorena is so friendly and funny she made a joke about bagging up my 2x4’s

We have purchased our Washer/dryer set, our bathroom upgrade (including bathtub, stove, toilet, cabinets and washbasin), water heater, and much more. Your knowledgeable sales team made us very comfortable with each purchase. We have never regretted any purchase.

I was not sure of the correct guage of extention cord I needed. The employee explained that the 75 foot electrical cord would reqiure a 14 guage extention cord to be safe. I purchased the "HUSKY" medium cord. The cord works great!!

I always end up at Home Depot in Troutdale, OR. The service is better, more friendly, they always have what I want or need.

WHILE IN THE STORE LOOKING FOR FENCING, U-POSTS, THE SHELVES WERE EMPTY AND I COULD NOT FIND ANYONE THAT COULD HELP ME DIRECTLY. WEBSITE SAID THEY WERE IN STOCK BUT NO ONE KNEW HOW TO FIND THEM!! STORE SEEMS EXTREMELY SHORT STAFFED.

Mom and I went to home Depot to pick up stain for her fence it was easy convenient we found what we needed and got out and a timely manner and it was so much to choose from she was on having a hard time to decide what color but after narrowing it down because very easy to make a decision thank you very much for making it easy for Mom. The main take-a-way from my last visit to Home Depot in Troutdale was the group of four employees more interested in talking amongst themselves then manning the cash registers and their rude response when I asked for help, with them responding "When we get around to it."
