This store is very clean, courteous employees, and a pleasure to shop in.

I was looking for an item and did not know if it was stocked or where to find it. An employee from a different department was extremely helpful and we found what we needed. He didn't just tell us where to look, he looked it up on a computer which told him where it should be. He took us there but had to use a ladder to get the item down from high above. Hard to find such excellent help anymore. Home Depot has GREAT customer service.

I always check ahead to see if they carry items I need. 99.9 percent of the time they do. I have never encountered a staff member who wasnt extremely helpful.

If you need help, head to the Pro desk and look for JD. He knows his stuff, treats his customers extremely well, and is simply a delightful person!

I have never had a problem finding products since the employees are well versed in where the merchandise is located. In many cases they have taken me to the exact location, when I was struggling. Nice personal touch that is appreciated.

Needed stepping stones for a project. Don't remember the name of the man who helped us but, what a jewel of a employee. Super helpful & friendly with us. Thanks for having him there.

During checkout, the card reader malfunctioned and declined my Chase Bank chip card. I drove to Chase Bank and withdrew cash. Chase bank said several customers came in this week for the same issue. The clerk at HD told me that they have several old card readers that they wont replace. HD head cashier said he knew that one of the card readers had issues and would tell store management. Why would a company who had sales of $108.2 billion and record net earnings in 2018 not care about the major inconvenience of their customers and invest into checkout hardware that customer can make their purchase on without having to go to a bank.

Has all the products I require in my projects.

I love to shop at all the Home Depot because I always get help from all your kind helpful friendly employees it’s just that the store 4014 Troutdale OREGON 97060 is closes store from my house living in Rhododendron Oregon and I more familiar w/ a lot of employee’s working at the 4014 store.

The store is nicely layout easy to find items. From entering the store, the customer service was pleasant and helpful with assisting return. I didn't feel like i wasn't wanted. I gotten to other products after the returned items.

I truly believe that this store is the best place to get all of the things that you need to keep your business and your home in great shape! The employees are always very happy to help you find all your needs and if they don’t have in the store they will find out if they can get it for you.

Great product s and competitive pricing. Support staff the best. The only problem is that they, like so many others, are reducing or eliminating checkout staff to force you to use self checkout.

Zach in gardening went out of his way, above and beyond to make my day better. I appreciate employees that not only do their job but go that extra mile, in the rain and with a smile on his face. Great service, good guy. I would have tipped him if I could have. He needs a raise.

I shop at H D because it’s well organized for me to easily find what I need love getting emails every time there’s a good sales and especially love the discount coupons don’t forget to send some this month cause I haven’t got one yet please I’ve been waiting? Employees at the Pro-desk made me feel like I owe them my money. Did not make me feel welcome. They were not friendly, and as a pro-contractor spending my hard earned money at HD and not going to the competitors, there should always be some kind of discount for orders over $3-400 dollars. Very unpleased will not shop here again. It’s worth driving extra to go to , mall-205 , Johnson. Reek or Oregon city Home Depot. Leave your problems at home people, smile and make customers have an enjoyable experience. You have a job make a difference in people’s lives. Say sorry, or thank you, etc....sorry Home Depot, will not return here again.

The store is close to our place. It's clean and easy to find the products you want to see. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

This is the store that is closest to us and for the most part it has everything we need to take care of our projects.

I do love this store and shop here frequently. The reason I gave two stars is because I am so frustrated each time I go in to buy wood and have it cut...because the same teenage boys that work there just hang out near the back of the wood department and sit on their phones and literally ignore and avoid customers!! It’s getting so rediculous!

Team members went over and above to track down the supplies I needed for my home remodel. Then, the supervisor, on his personal time, drove to pick up my supplies on two different occasions! Incredible customer service. So thankful!
