wait in line for a self-checkout only to have a cashier tell you to wait in the line you just came from. a cashier in a self-checkout! then when you round off the cash with change to make it even it's apparently a huge thing for them to work out how much change to give you.

My wife asked a team member at the Home Depot to help us out. Not only did he help us with the product we needed, but he guided us through why we should buy that particular product over another and why it would work for what we needed. For example, we needed a cordless sawzall to cut small tree branches. He showed us which would be lighter, which is what we were looking for. The attendant's name was Darren. I highly, highly recommend you look for him when you go there, or even call ahead to make sure he's there to help you when you get there. He really, really enhanced our experience. I've been in many, many home improvement stores in many different US states and foreign countries around the world, but I've never had any team member show the initiative that Darren showed. He restored our faith in Home Depot.

We just recently purchased an entire kitchen appliance and washer and dryer from Tom Kennedy a this store. he was very knowledgeable , patient with our questions, and provided excellent customer service! will be returning in the future!

Shopping and researching appliances can be a daunting task. Terry Lee made our purchase so smooth and easy. He was so helpful with looking up appliances and comparing with several others so that we were able to make an informed decision. Very helpful and patient man. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond to fix my issues, following up every step of the way, a real stand up dude.

I had my Rubin named spelled wrong on purpose, Ruben, because many young people do not believe that Jewish people belong in Tucson I do not come from Latin America(Ruben) , and with the Jewish spelling, Rubin) I am looked likel why am I here. To them I belong in Brookln or Tel Aviv, not Tucson, AZ,. I got treated with do not let the door hit you on the way out. This was the direct feeling I got today.

Usually these people run from helping but here they seemed to be readily available

Tom was very helpful when I needed to purchase a new stove. There are so many factors to consider and I am excited for my purchase! Nancy in the kitchen cabinet and counter section also had some good information about how to plan for a kitchen remodel. Thank you!

We purchased flooring from an exceptional flooring department specialist. However our carpet will not be installed until the middle of this coming week. Will be happy to give you a product review after the installation is completed.

We went to the window and door section to get prices. Michel was so helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. On another visit he happened to see us in another section and came to answer questions for us and give us advice. He’s so friendly and super helpful!

We have been in the process of considering a kitchen remodel for several months and had not yet found the ideal combination of knowledge, professionalism and customer care in an independent contractor so we decided to give Home Depot a try. HD Associate Aaron Manelos was assigned to our project and we must say that he exceeded our expectations in every way. We left the store feeling very confident in the quality of materials and thoroughness of the design recommended by Mr. Manelos. He also explained every step of the process that we were about to undertake and took care to make sure we knew what to expect and what our responsibilities were. Highly recommend Home Depot Kitchen Design and especially Mr. Manelos at store #0410 in Tucson, Arizona.

I've been going to this Home Depot on Broadway in tucson for twenty or thirty years at its previous and current locations. Always finding what we need and helpful folks working there.

This place has the BEST customer service around.
