I was welcomed when arriving, the associates greeted me, informed me of sales and credit promotions, they offered coffee, water and sweets. It was slow getting through the aisles due to the amount of inventory that was on display. There were a lot of people available to help in the various departments and at the checkout counter. I got a great deal on new appliances for my home.

I can almost always find what I need, and, if not, someone will stop what they're doing and take me to the item in question.

This month and last month I have purchased LG Tower Washer, Dryer and Shutters for the Living Room and Den. The LG Tower is much easier to use and reach into and holds the same amount of laundry as my LG Front Loaders. There is now extra space for reachable storage on the side. I am looking forward to dressing up the windows with off white shutters. They will be easy to adjust for the changing Sun and not loose any light.

Ordered a box of tile because the the floor home depot associate told me to do. No boxes are ever available for wall samples they show. I ordered 2 different styles to have and look on my floor. 1 box came in damaged, so stored ordered another one AND guess what, DAMAGED/BROKEN all the tiles. Now waiting on third order to be sent.

Bought a freezer all employees where very helpful

My wife and I recently purchased a washing machine from Home Depot. Tom was FANTASTIC throughout the whole experience. We had all the relevant information we need to be confident in our choice and felt like we were being helped by a friend. There was no pressure to buy at all. Loved the experience!

I don't expect much from retail stores. Tells you how bad this one is.

When going to the garden center of the broadway/pantano location make sure to touch bases with Renee the garden associate. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always helpful and takes a lot of pride in her garden center.

Always have the best experience here and it is because all the employees are AMAZING

The staff, specifically Yoanna, tremendously helped me with a large order for a house remodel/addition.

I shopped this Home Depot three or four times a week for my job. Every time I go into the store the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they go out of their way to make sure that I get everything I need the first time which is important in my line of work thank you Home Depot for doing such a great job!

I had a return w/o my receipt and my cashier Michelle went above and beyond to patiently look up each item. I appreciate that she took the time to assist me and was so kind.

Assistance hard to find.

We were shopping in the garden section mainly today and only got a couple of things. We had a cashier named Myra and she was extremely rude and short towards us. Gave us remarks like “Yeah you’re supposed to leave the items in the cart” and when I gave her my military discount barcode, she said “Yeah you definitely should’ve shown us that first”. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to know I was supposed to do either of these but interactions like these makes me not want to come back to this store at all, especially if this is how Home Depot treats their Active Duty military and veterans.

Kristi Cobbs was extremely helpful in resolving what should have been an easy problem to address, but wasn't. Thanks again to her.

8 or 9 out of 10 associates bend over backwards for customers. A few bad apples can spoil it.

I visited my local Home Depot to purchase a new dishwasher and had the good fortune of being assisted by Terry Lee whose knowledge and expertise were a great help in answering all my questions in a kind and timely manner. I asked Terry for assistance in plumbing and he advised that department is handled by another person. He was able to locate an agent who could help me, let them know what I needed and then passed me on to them. What a great and helpful guy. Thank you Terry!! You Rock!!

Kim in electrical helped me get the right switches, box, wire and face plate to mirror my ceiling fan and light on my patio switches inside my house so I could turn them on and off from either inside or outside. He patiently explained and drew a diagram how to wire the switches. After my first attempt failed, I went back and he showed me an example with store supplies. Second time was a charm. I successfully completed my project.

I purchased the Milwaukee M12 Kit for my home projects and what a deal it was. It had 5 tools and 2 batteries for $249. It had the multitool, hacksall, drill, impact drill and 3/8 drive impact gun.

I would like to say Thank you very much to Tom Kennedy for helping me with my purchases at Home Depot. Very nice gentleman.

Terry Lee in appliances is great! We’ve had a hard time finding new appliances for a 50s home. Terry helped me with a purchase, return twice before we found the right set up. He was so kind and helpful and patient! Thank you Terry!

Tom in the appliance department was extremely helpful with my freezer purchase. My shopping experience was seamless and I completed my purchase in a very short amount of time.

Please review the cheaper models of electric dryers, a cheap GE was not drying properly and the vent screen was way too small and letting lint gather in the exit tube!

I had the pleasure of working with Tom Kennedy in the Appliance Dept. at the HD on Broadway and Pantano when I purchased all new appliances for my kitchen. He was knowledgeable and really helpful! Over and above!!!

I have noticed more employees on the floor asking if you need help. Catalina in customer service was caring and very helpful. Then in carpet Lisa was very helpful and completed my order for carpet. Liz normally helps me in carpet, but it was her day off. She is also always very helpful.
