There was a sale tag on the shelf for a particular size of product, but the promotion was somewhat misleading as the store did not have that product size. Killian and Zander made the decision to just offer me 3 smaller sizes of the product for the same sales price. Was quick and painless instead of taking 30 minutes to figure out with a manager. They just did it and was great client service.

We received excellent assistance while in the lumber department. Both handicapped scooters were broken which added to our time in the store, but Tina was terrific!

The store is fine. But they too have gone to no cashiers and me doing all the work. Hopefully ACE still has employees.

I'm often the one to leave the constructive criticism but in this case I'm only here to say that I was beyond impressed with this Home Depot which I had never been to before. I was rained out of the Hidden Gems swap meet where I was supposed to be a vendor so had extra time and meandered into the store looking for a garage door motor that 2 companies that gave me bids on telling me it would have to be special ordered and I would not be able to just go into a store and buy. Thank God I had a retired contractor helping me who worked there, Steve Ferguson. He went above and beyond to accommodate me in knew more than the guys I got the bids from who were wrong! Steve went above and beyond to explain everything, accommodate me and even helped get a donation for my charity. I've never had an experience like this at Home Depot or with any company. The people working at the store were so friendly I didn't want to leave. Even the bathroom was gorgeous for a Home Depot or any store and looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated. I normally avoid Home depots but this is the first time I actually said I would work at this one because of the atmosphere, help, cleanliness and great attitudes of everyone who was working with Steve.

Went in for a new water heater, they had a good selection and very helpful staff.

Josh in hardware/tools is an excellent employee at Home Depot. He’s very knowledgeable & informative. He has an easy way & thoughtful manner. I look forward to my next project knowing that if I need help Home Depot employees are there to assist me & make my experience great.

I've been around for a while and have been to lot's of big box stores. This Home Depot had lot's a employees around that wanted to help you.

I get to drive back to home depot tomorrow. I live an hour from this store. I get to waste gas because your sales people don't know what they're are doing.

Where is the customer service in this store? From not being able to find a store representative to help you, to not one cashier managed checkstand the lack of customer care is blatantly obvious.

I've gotten everything from refrigerators washers and dryers dishwashers lumber electrical plumbing and for the most part every time I walk out I have the part that I need I've been a customer for 24 years and have zero complaints have a great day

My wife and I came to Home Depot looking for a large upright Freezer. Christinia helped us find the perfect model and got us through checkout without waiting in line, even though they were very busy.

Too many problems at this old store. It’s dirty , not stocked well and need employees trained

Need anything for home maintenance... they have just about everything.

This is a great Home Depot with a good selection. I rarely find stuff missing. It restock pretty frequently. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have help me on multiple occasions to get exactly what I need to get stuff done. They have given the knowledge or tools to find confident and competent on the projects that I have to complete. The only thing missing is a tool rental shop, but overall a good place.

I've been visiting Marysville Home Depot for a very long time. The staff, from the shelve stockers, blind cutters, gardening specialists, cashiers and cart return employees are all willing to help.

Got everything I need in one trip

I bought a chainsaw many months ago that I could never get started. I finally needed to use a chainsaw and went to customer service to exchange it and was overwhelmed by how kind and helpful everyone was. I did not expect any problems but I did not expect to be treated so well and for everybody to be so very helpful.
