I was helped at the return desk by (Rose). She has helped me before. She always greats me with a smile and and a handshake!. She is such a delight to work with. She also helped me find the correct item I was looking for. She is my go to person!!! Home Depot has a real gem here!.. Don't lose her!!!

The employees were very helpful at this store! Tina was great and offered to be available when we needed wood to be cut and was very patient with us as we had at least 5 different specific measurments we needed cut. I highly recommend this store!

I have received some of the best help and personal assistance at this store over others a few employees really make the store stand out when they stick with you UN till your questions are answered or right product found. Richard in Electrical is excellent, help in doors and Appliances are great as well. You have a better chance of the best help during regular day hours Monday through Friday. Lots of competition for help on weekends.

Associates that I encountered during most of my shopping trips at this particular store were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that I was shopping for.

For the 2nd time in a month, the same employee named Dave asked us if we were finding everything ok and we weren’t. He scanned the tag of the empty shelf and located what we wanted. 1st time he had to close an aisle to get a large item from up high and yesterday, he kept looking and found what we needed again.

Stores moving plumbing around. Often have to lay out the design on the floor and make due with work around that cost more.

I love shopping at the Home Depot store their always helpful.

I frequently travel all over the county for work. I'm familiar with every Home Depot in a 50 mile radius; #4726 is the best. The condition of the store, parking lot, and especially the conduct of the staff are noticeably superior here compared to other nearby Home Depot locations. I have a deep background in personnel and team management. These people have their act together.

I get a lot of my building remodel products from this store. I actually had an issue with a faulty product that cost me time and money on a job. I went back to the store and Kevin the garden manager, who by the way had nothing to do with the product that cost me time and money, immediately stepped up to help me and walked me down to the associate in the lumber department (Rex) who could help. Between the two of them, they made sure I left a happy camper! Their customer service went above and beyond to fix an unfortunate situation. I could not have been more pleased with their customer service!

Jeanette, in paint department, went out of her way to help me find a part I left behind earlier. Most people would had just passed the buck since it was in another department. She took ownership, looked in lost and found, checkstands, garbage cans, garbage bags, made phone calls until my custom part was found. Jeanette walks the talk for customer service and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

Lots of supplies on hand, friendly and helpful staff.

Always clean, and super friendly staff. If I had to suggest something, it would be that there be more staff on floor at times. But, it’s not often u can’t find someone.
