You need more cashiers open waiting in line sucks especially when you're a contractor needing to be in and out.

This shopping experience was much better because of Mr. Abby Santiago, Tool Technician, Tool Rental Department. Mr Santiago was extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Mr Santiago took the time to explain to me the parts I needed to repair my Echo equipment as well as to maintain this equipment. It was a pleasure talking to someone who enjoyed helping me.

Poor customer service with loading.

Great store: clean, well organized and we usually find exactly what we need. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

The employees at this store always go above and beyond! The customer service is amazing! The employees are all knowledgeable and if you ask one and they don't know, they will always find a co worker that does!!

Mandy was extremely patient and knowledgeable, and even though she was very busy she took the time to help us select the right washer and dryer for our needs.

We visited the store on May 26, 2020. We were pleased with service received at the store. We had good service in the paint dept. and at the cashiers point. Deanna was working that day and she was very helpful. We know of a HD that she could offer training to .

The employees here do not social distance or wear masks! Be careful people!

GREAT Curbside service

Visited equipment rental section yesterday & today. Outstanding customer service.

I was impressed with their health precautions as compared to other stores. The line was orderly and well regulated with markings for social distance. Clerks were very helpful even though they seemed to be short handed. I did have to wait for someone to help me in the garden section but once someone appeared it went quickly, pleasantly, and helpfully. I will go back.

After an item was damaged in shipping, Tayler helped me to find a replacement in store. She was very polite and knowledgable. She even gave me a discount! Excellent customer service.

I have received the worst customer service at this location than anywhere else in my 51 years of life.

Highly disappointed with my experience today. I left in tears and extremely flustered. One out of four associates that I asked for help assisted me. I understand we are going through a crisis but there is a certain way to treat people during times like this. I am a small woman clearly struggling to carry all of my materials, no one could help me find a flatbed cart amongst other issues during my visit. I had to go back home and bring someone with me to assist me since the associates could care less. Definitely won’t be returning.

I was very impressed by the young people working to fill drive up orders today. They were fast and efficient. I had my order in my car before my app even knew it was ready. Now that's great service. Thank you!

Jose in the paint dept was simply amazing! I’ve never been so impressed with an employee at Home Depot or any home improvement store. He was patient , efficient and informative. There were a lot of customers the day i was there, some not very nice. Jose did not display any stress in response to their rude interaction. I was very impressed with Jose and I hope Home Depot recognizes the wonderful employee they are fortunate to have as part of their company.

Plumbing section has a great selection and experienced personnel to assist with locating the repair parts.

I have been going there for years and if I don't know where some items are located the employees seen to know.

This is my home store for the projects I am always doing. Clean, pretty well staffed and in sync with the app on my phone so I can find items quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great store with wonderful customer service!

I was a little overwhelmed about the color of paint I needed. The person behind the paint counter was extremely helpful and assisted me so I could make a quick decision and get on with my home project

My experience at the Tumwater Home Depot was outstanding! The store has a great vibe! Relaxed, helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff I encountered were truly fantastic! My whole experience at this store makes it a location I want to return to for my Home Depot needs.

WHILE WORKING ON HOME IMPROVEMENTS ie: replace furnace/HVAC spoke with Mandy who informed me that a PROJECT LOAN thru HOME DEPOT could resolve, expedite the process.
