I often shop at homedepot when there is a new job,and this job happens almost every week..

The other day I had a Honey-do-list and my list was way too complicated for me. On top of that I do not have a “honey“. So I took my list into your store and was greeted so sweetly by your employee named Phi. Phi was so attentive as he listened to what I was trying to accomplish. (I wanted to build something to support a hanging wall garden) The whole time Phi was encouraging and never made me feel foolish for not having any building skills. Phi spent at least an hour taking the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish. He asked the right questions, sketched out ideas as he put a lot of thought into determining what the best result would be for me. I truly appreciated the time that Phi took in explaining the details and planning everything with me. More importantly, I loved how professional Phi was and how he took such an interest in wanting to make sure that I was truly happy with my finished product. In the end I felt like I had my own special “honey“ holding my hand throughout the entire process. So thank you Home Depot for continuing to hire kind people like Phi. Phi is an exceptional employee who has great customer service skills and seems to truly enjoy his job. Good employees like Phi should never go unrecognized. I can’t wait to come back to Home Depot in the future for more of my honey-do-lists! Thank you again.

I recently purchased a replacement range for a rental property from your store. The sales staff was amazing and attentive to my needs. However, the delivery service was ill-trained and unaccommodating. Despite clearly communicating my need for a morning delivery due to the tenant's work schedule, they provided me with the runaround and random delivery times. Please ensure your delivery team is better trained to handle such requests and schedule a morning delivery as initially promised.

I bought a grill with a patio set and I was assisted by Shane, Shameer and Michelle! They all provided excellent customer service and had so much patience for my husband and I. Thank you for all the help! Shane you have a great team! keep up the good work!

Had a great experience on 3/5/24 with Tom in the Plumbing department at this store. He helped us find items we needed for our bathroom projects and also suggested other things to help make the project go easier. Great customer service!

I purchased a LG gas dryer to replace my existing one. Brandi was my salesperson and she was great. I had to ask the front for a salesperson in appliances but it only took maybe five minutes and once we sat down it was easy.

I love this Home Depot location, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I have come here my issues were resolved and I left happy.

I shopped in the garden department today and got help from three different employees who just did a fantastic job and we’re knowledgeable and helpful. What more can I ask for. Love this Tustin Home Depot!

I don’t need some customer service representative at Home Depot telling me their opinion about Covid being fake. That’s just audacious.

I had a great privilege to be served by Amit at the Garden Department. He went out of his way to ensure that I had a great shopping experience.

Went to HD to get some soft water salt and ended up getting help from Michael T. It was like having a personal shopper from start to finish. Great employee and thank you Michael T for treating me like a queen. I didn't have to do a thing except pay at check out!! Haven't seen this type of service in years - hope HD keeps it up and rewards their employees for this kind of customer interaction.

Whenever I go into this store, the employees greet me, remember me, help me find items (saving me lots of time) and suggest items to solve my project problems and challenges - it's such a pleasure!

They had some differrnt plants. Ome so nice I spent $30 on it. I am normally the plant sales hunter but I had to do it. Got a few on sale and the customer service was great and informative.

The garden area is what I enjoy most . Prices are decent and there is something in every budget. I like gifting potted plants rather than bouquets so it works for me .

I’m usually not a stickler about perfect customer service being provided, but the extremely lack thereof was off putting. The customer service ends past the few cashiers saying hello when you first walk in. We came twice to the appliances department once to buy a fridge and today for a washer/dryer combo. Well we had multiple associates walk right past us not even asking if we needed any help. Then when we chased down the appliance associate, he proceeded to mansplain to my son that only dryers are the ones that can be gas powered when my son clearly asked him if the model combinations were split up by different power source or if it was all one out for display, and they have both options for most like other stores. The key making department and lumber associates did actually ask but unfortunately the app was incorrect in saying sometginf was at this store. Extremely disappointed in how downhill this location has gone.

I have been two this Home Depot to buy a drill and bits on two separate occasions. Phi informed me about a great deal on a DeWalt drill combo. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest about his opinion on the set. Jackie helped me pick out a bit set. She was also friendly and very knowledgeable about the purpose of each bit in terms of length and price point. 5/5 stars for the tools department!

The staff at the tustin store we’re nowhere near shy of assisting me in looking for what I needed without even asking them!!

Was all good beside waiting 45 m to be served

This Home Depot always has great selection and very helpful staff. I usually don't have to ask for help, because they usually ask me if I need help. I love it!

Look clean and the employees are very kind
