Kathi Rambo is the best! I pick up litter thrown on the ground by thoughtless customers every time I come here. Come on people, pick up some litter every day. It's your neighborhood too.

The store is well stocked. I got great assistance and great service. The store always looks great, neat and clean and organized. All the associates are very helpful and friendly. This is the best Home Depot in Orange County. I love this store. I shop here all the time.

Since this store is close to my work I either shop during lunch or right after work. I have always found the employees to be very helpful. And what I mean by helpful is they just don't tell me where to find something...they actually escort me to the location of the item and stay to answer any additional questions. I live near the Orange store but the Tustin store is still my favorite.

This store is USUALLY steller....but not today. The cashier rung up my order(s) and threw the bags in my cart. When I asker her if they are still bagging or not....she mumbled (I'm paraphrasing here) I do as little as possible. Umm...nope! I have been coming here for over 9 years for my company...maybe 2 tiles a month. I'm not bagging my own products. that's what they pay YOU for.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with Home Depot. I tried getting help from 3 staff members. Not one was able to assist me. One guy just walked away, the other two men didn't have any idea where I would find what I was looking for...I just got passed from one person to the next...I will never return to this store unless I absolutely have to

On 1/19/2021, Jesus at electrical took extra time to explain to me the differences between the LED bulbs and the incandescent bulbs. I wanted to upgrade my home light bulbs and though he appeared very busy restocking items, he stopped without delay to help me. Jesus even opened a pack of LED bulbs, put them in a display rack, and demonstrated the various brightness. I didn't ask him to do that but Jesus did that on his own to better explain and show the differences. Best employee ever!!!

This store is very organized, clean and isles are made easy to shop in. Always find what I need & pretty much always get assistance from someone.

Store is always busy and a little hard to navigate thru. But it is the helpful people like Geeta who make the trip worth the effort. Thank you Geeta :-)

Tustin home depot is very impressive to shop. Prodesk associates are very kind and easy to work with. Overall store management is well functioning under store manager "YO". I recently got Christmas card from prodesk from this store and everybody including store manger is sending season's greeting in handwriting. In mid of busy end of year sales, it'll be hard but this store management are making efforts to make good affection to each customer. This is exactly why I do shopping from home depot 17+ years. I like home depot because of prodesk associates like Belinda, David, Shawn, and store manager "YO" (not me. Yo is "I" in Spanish and for sure "I" am not the tustin home depot store manager. So don't confuse, I'm definitely excluded ㅎㅎㅎ).

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot, I can usually find what I need. I am grateful for their quality of products offered

This is equipped with many items for home improvement, I find every items I need, I don’t need to go to shop any other store for everything required
