As a local real estate investor I am in the store daily purchasing items for our rental properties, etc. The staff has been incredibly helpful over the past 3 years. I could not have survived so many challenging remodels with out the help of everyone from customer service, pro desk, managers, loaders, and ALL the front desk staff. Thank you!!!

The Employees of Home Depot are friendly and courteous to the customer. They are knowledgeable and can lead you to exactly what you are looking for.

I was trying to find a plumbing part for an older mobile home and had visited other home improvement stores but A.C. at the Tyler store was my savior! He found a part that I could adapt for my purpose and that worked very well. Thanks, A.C.

I purchased a Milwaukee 3 Drawer Packout Toolbox on the app. I picked it up in store but I didn’t notice that it was damaged. I brought it back the next day and was greeted at the customer service counter. The store rep told me to go get a replacement and he could exchange it for me. I wasn’t able to find the same box although the app said there was 7 in stock. I ask an employee in the area and he went far out of his way to help me track it down and to get it for. It took about 15-20 minutes but he made certain he was going to find it even after looking several place for it. His name is Jeri and I’m writing this review because he went above and beyond when I was expecting him to give up in 5 minutes. Cheers to Jeri!!

My shopping experience was unpleasant.

Mike Dickson.....give that man a raise!! He was extremely pleasant in helping me get 4 full size MDF boards and cutting them for me, while trying to take care of other customers in the process. He even helped with with other items I needed and gave me advice on how to install gutters and the supplies I would need. He made sure I was able to get my fully loaded cart to my car and offered to help me. HE IS A GEM and is a great example of GREAT customer service!!

Our representative Helena was very helpful and professional from our intial order to scheduling and purchasing.

I took my Ryobi mower in for warranty service for the 2nd time. I checked online after a couple weeks and it showed my repair was complete, but it took over 6 weeks total to get my mower back. The biggest issue was that I called 4-5 times with people giving me wishy washy answers but not confirming the next steps or timing when I should expect return. I even escalated this to two managers of which one only called back because it was finally fixed and shipped back, the other promised a return call and never did.

Customer service is bad and the store is dirty

I got a caring patient person named Maura who made sure we were taken care of our new home Depot card tried to decline but she called customer service and fixed it The promo for new credit cards only works if you put it all on credit. It does not work on split That was not so great. That was not made clear when we applied online.

The appliance specialist - Maura Burket - is worth a visit to the Tyler Home Depot for that alone. She is knowledgeable, professional and wise.

Had an amazing visit to the Home Depot in Tyler, TX. I interacted with so many employee's. Lance, Kiya, and Candance all stood out with their big smiles. All of these employees were the ones I remember. They made the trip so easy. I highly recommend going to the Tyler Texas store for all of your needs.

We purchased a new washer and dryer. The sales staff were exceptional in this day and time. They wore masks also.

Was trying to return some retaining wall blocks that were on a pallet in the back of my truck. The forklift operator refused to help me, because it would cause him extra work, having to take the blocks to the garden center. I then went to the garden center and was sent back to the loading area. So I ended up unloading the blocks by hand and bring them to customer service on a cart.

Ask for MIKE in the paint department! Mike knows paint! I love HOME DEPOT!
