We just love this Home Depot, great helpful employees, clean and a very organized store, definitely our favorite of all of the Home Depot Stores in California and we have shopped at several. Great selection of products and if they don't have something, ordering online or ordering in the store is no problem at all.

Store is great,,, help is available (maybe only today -- I had no problem getting help from several of the employees in various departments -- a great day!) My cashier is named Nicole and she is a gem --

Small store with small selection but mostly adequate. Employees when you can find one try to be helpful.

The nice and timely help I received from Paul today that I experienced with my decision on my purchase today made a big difference!

What a great place. I came in needing some hardware and a tool that I was not sure about. I went to the tool department and had a few different people ask me if I needed assistance. I said that I did and they were very helpful. One was Jim. He asked what I was doing and I told him. He looked at me in a way that "dads" do and said are you sure you want to do that. I asked him why I did not want to do it that way and he filled me in on a few issues I had not thought about. In the end I went with his idea and I am so glad that I did. He saved me some money (sorry but he did) he saved me a few trips back and forth (more saved money in fuel) AND he was spot on with my vision and what I was looking for. I really appreciate him for his help and will for sure come back when hes there for my next need!

The store is cleaning and the associates are kindly, helpful and respectful

I was very pleased with the attractive store and the way it is laid out . Very friendly and thoughtful clerks.

The guys went above & beyond to help us with every detail of our order. And it was closing time! They deserved to go home but put out great energy to make it all happen. Thank you!

We were in awe of the size of the store and everything neat and in place as far as we could see. On our first visit we could not get anyone to help us when we had decided on the product we wanted. Apparently only two people in the actual sales of the products and one was at lunch. So we left and almost purchased same item at an entirely different store. Not Home Depot. But we wanted to get the actual item no. so came back. Only reason we ended up purchasing at Home Depot as we received immediate help that time. Price was about the same.

The Ukiah Home Depot is extremely dog friendly. The checkout cashiers should have a supply of dog cookies though.

Always able to get help even when I'm not needing it. They always have what I need and at a great price. Employees always have smiles on thier faces and I'm always in & out.

DARYL was super helpful as I needed input deciding on a chainsaw. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very professional--has good verbal communication skills. Another employee I would like to commend was SUE. She was a great help as I am shopping around for a washer and dryer. She even printed the details of the brand and model of the best option I decided on. I did not buy yet. Just shopping at this point.

Nick (previously “lumber Nick”), I want to thank you for your presence at the return/special services desk. You demeanor, politeness, attentiveness, is in great need at this area, especially at nights between Monday to Friday. A gentleman like you is in great need, maybe even a requirement, your presence, in this area. I know you are new to this special service/returns desk. I can see you have a handle on a wide range of things needed in this more of a demanding area of the store. I hope your store manager Nick(same name, different gentleman) understands your potential and moves you up in this area, maybe even run it some day. I see the hanky-lanky, run of the mill bit of playing around that this area attracts, is not present when you are there. I remember when Narayana was working in this area and things seem to run more efficiently, with less congregation of employees kind of ‘hanging-around’ so to speak. Anyway, I see a need for a guy like you there, maybe one day in control, streamlining things a bit, the Special Services/Returns Desk Area. I hope you remain there, be promoted, improve the area, maybe even replace some employees that might not have there experience (mainly emotional/personality) that is present. There is a need for improvement in this area of the store big-time. I hope your nascent presence will grow with you, and you are able to improve it. This review is a complement to you. There is a great need to improve the Special Services/Returns Desk Area, most likely requiring displacement of more entrenched people present there or even running it. I hope your store manager (Nick) finds the need to keep you there and help in it’s improvement. It’s needs some cleaning up a bit, a demanding area by nature. I think you can help. Great honor to deal with you at Uriah Home Depot.

Excellent personalized service. Made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Each employee was polite and asked if I was finding what I needed. If I couldn't find it, they were there to help. Fast easy checkout and loading of my purchases into my trailer.
