My husband is in the pool remodeling industry. This is our primary store. We find the customer service and associate knowledge is the best. Anette, the Upland store associate is consistently helpful and exceptionally customer service driven. I have 15+ years in customer service and am VERY picky in this area, she is an asset to your store and your company.

Anyone that is in need of a dose of cheerfulness. Go to the garden department and look for Annette (cashier). She made the experience very pleasant and as she has you laughing during your check out, you will notice and find that you are walking back to your car with a smile on your face and a pep in your step. This isn't a fluke of the day. It's a common occurrence when she is there. That last time I had seen her was last year and when I had seen her today, I knew from my last experience with her, my day was going to be just as wonderful as the first time I met her. All the employees in the garden department are extremely welcoming, helpful and pleasant BUT Annette takes the cake. Thank you, Annette. You touch so many people with your, sense of humor and place, much needed smiles on so many faces. You are such a blessing to many, more than you could ever imagine. Keep pushing out the sunshine.

Young female at pro desk did not know how to use her computer, was on the incorrect screen, was not able to find my item until I pointed out to her she was on the wrong screen.

The Upland store allowed an individual to charge purchases to my account. Upland is in California and my card is from a NY business based in NY. I have never used the card outside of NY or CT. This store has either poorly trained staff members or staff members who allow people to steal. Either way it is bad,

Today's visit to Home Depot was very good the people their were very nice helped us out with everything we needed and everything was nice and clean

The lady that works out in the garden area is so helpful and kind. And she is always so nice to my kids. I needed to get some potted flowers for my coworkers and I found beautiful flowers for $1.69... What a perfect little gift!

Tony Zamorano was very helpful in finding us a dishwasher that matched our other appliances. He made the whole process easy and quick. We can always count on finding someone to help us in the appliance section in Upland.

Customer Service rep Joseph H.D. Is the person to get help from. Plumbing department employee was lazy and unhelpful. Did not bother checking the shelf for the item I asked about. He said "We no have" and then waived me off with his hand. I went to Joseph at customer service counter. He went online, checked, and said we have three on the shelf. He took me to the shelf in plumbing dept., cut open a box and said ," is this what you were asking for?". I thanked him and purchased the $235.00 item. Keep it up Depot.

Shopped at various HOME DEPOT Stores (Upland, Palm Desert, Chino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga) and Mountain Ave Store (Upland) has by far the BEST Customer Service and stocked store!

Employees in the store have no clue of customer service or what it means to provide an experience for customers to have them want to return. Will never shop at this location again. The competitors know how to serve their customers.

Geraldine, in the Garden Center, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She provided excellent guidance as we searched for the materials to execute our vision of several succulent centerpieces.

If you are having ANY trouble with paint and painting supplies selection ASK MIKE. He's very knowledgeable and was able to help me with a project that has been giving me a lot of trouble. Good advice that worked. Helped me stay profitable.

Too many day laborers in parking lot, creepy. The lot is dirty and difficult to park. Do not expect any help from the "door lady" of the day if you ask for open box discount or price match. They don't have the skills to do proper customer service. But, the bathroom is nicer than most restaurants!

Netty, the cashier was extremely informative; helpful; & friendly. She made my shopping at Homedepot a breeze.
