How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent present for housewarming parties, birthdays, and the holidays. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit the Urbandale Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Urbandale offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
