I can't say enough good things about this store! From an outsider's perspective you ALL seem to work well together as a team regardless of which department you are in. I have almost hit $20k in spending this year there and have not been disappointed. Everytime I have a question the first employee I ask is Johnny on the Spot with either an answer or finds the person in the department I need. Hope you all have a blessed holiday season! Respectfully, The Happy Builder PS: Tell "Stretch" the pipe bladder worked like a champ, she will know what I mean.

The store was clean, organized, and employees were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever you asked them. If they did not know then they knew the person that could. I will return to this store for all my household repairs or remodels. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The Valdosta, GA. store is the best. I had Tony in appliances help me buy my new stove,with my mom and son today,11/22/20.He knew what he had in stock and what he would have to order. I needed a stove today, to take home. He showed me what he had,he knew the products, how they worked,and how much each was ,and what was on sale. We picked it out, purchased it,and had it in my truck to go home in 30 min.! No kidding the best shopping day ever ! Thank you Tony ! Thank you ,Valdosta Homedepot. DM

Great home improvement store. All our experiences with the employees have been great. We like going here because we've gotten to know the employees and the employees have gotten to know us. They're all friendly. We can always find help when we need it.

Called the day before to check there hours on Monday, took a day off of work, got there at 8:00 am , needed rocks and mulch at garden center and no one unlocked gate or opened registers until 9:31am, No apologize , no explanation, and the gentleman that loaded my purchase, did not say good morning or speak, and left my liftgate up, walked off and never said thank you , I had to tell him Good Morning and thank you, Poor Service and really bad business practices.

This is my favorite store but on my last visit i witnessed something bad. While washing my hands after using the bathroom a store employee used the bathroom and walked out without washing his hands. This is not only unsanitary but unsafe in this time of covid 19. I was truly shocked.

Tony in appliances was the most helpful employee. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

The store was clean and products easy to find.

Tony who works in the Appliance Section was awesome! He was very polite and patient. Excellent customer Service. We need more Tonys.

Could not have asked for any better service than we got from Tony in appliances. We were actually at the store a week before and the saleslady that was working didn't have time for us. We almost didn't go back but we're in desperate need and tried again. We are so glad we did!

All associates are really outgoing, accommodating, and very helpful. They do not act like they are put out to help and will walk or instruct you regarding the exact aisle for locations. The only problem I have is trying to search in the lumber section. Everyone is so busy filling contractors order that sometimes you find yourself blocked off and can not get out of a aisle or find what you are looking for. Overall the store as a whole is clean, helpful and associates will research and try to answer any questions quickly.

The young man that helped me ( Tai ) was a great shopping experience. And the manager was very friendly. A great place to shop

The manager of this store was very rude, condescending, and outright unprofessional. I will never forget the way she strongly communicated her lack of respect towards me. I am not sure if it was racially motivated or there was another underlying cause but it is clear to this customer that she does not care about customer service or human decency. I will never give my business to Home Depot again. If you can’t treat people with respect you don’t deserve their business. This experience has left me so ashamed of what I always thought Home Depot supported. Good customer service with honest trustworthy values. NOPE! Shame on you.

I went to purchase a washer and dryer and Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to find out my needs. Based on that, she was able to show me the different option and even helped me complete all the paperwork necessary. She was very pleasant throughout the process. I highly recommend the Valdosta Home Depot Store.

Fantastic customer service at the Valdosta store! The store was neat and orderly. The employees are taking sterilizing precautions to insure customer safety. They go out of their way to assist customers, and find ways to fulfill customer needs. Always a pleasure to shop here!

The carpet department, plumbing and outdoor garden sections are the best I've been seen in Valdosta. The staff are there and they are helpful. Marcia, Que, Steve, Gordon and Tom are all very helpful. The paint andeand plumbing experts are excellent.

Store was clean. I was helped with a heavy item in a short amount of time. Even though I used self checkout, there was very friendly cashier. I wish I could tell you her name, but can't remember.

The staff in the garden section of the store were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me!!!

THIS VALDOSTA STORE NEEDS MORE TRAINING FOR THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THE PHONES . VERY FRIENDLY , BUT LACKING ON STORE PROCEDURES. A LOT OF TIMES , I CAN BARELY HEAR THE HOME DEPOT PERSON ON THE OTHER END . PLEASE GET THESE PROBLEMS SOLVED . THIS STORE IS A VERY GOOD STORE . DON'T DROP THE BALL ON TRAINING YOUR PEOPLE . This rating is for Curbside Pickup only. TWICE I have waited much too long for this service, two weeks ago and again today. When you arrive and phone in, you are placed on hold with that meaningless “Your call is important to us” message. After 2 calls and 25 minutes of holding today, I walked inside to pick up my order. Now what's the use of curbside pickup if you still have to go inside?

THE STORE ALWAYS HELP FULL AND THAT'S GOOD THINK EVERYBODY ALWAYS WANT TO HELP THAT'S Y I LOVE HOME DEPOT I ALWAYS WANT TO WORK THERE BUT NO ONE NEVER GET BACK WITH ME.

Terrible "customer service" from employees who have a terrible attitude.

The sales associates can answer questions and are quick to help.
