I bought a new dishwasher. We looked on line to verify exactly what we wanted. The item was in the store and available to be delivered and installed within 5 days. This was not the case with other stores in the area. The sales clerks are very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We have bought all of our appliances from them and we are very satisfied with them. We will go to Home Depot in Valparaiso first before going anywhere else.

I shopped three times during Thanksgiving/black Friday week and found the staff especially friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. Every associate I encountered offered assistance. Highly recommend the Valpo Home Depot.

I could say enough on the Custer service that was fantastic. I came in there to buy a Weber Grill and got exactly what I wanted. The sale person was fantastic and helped load the grill in my truck and secure it for the ride homr.

This Valparaiso Home Depot location provides very good customer service and the associates are knowledgeable. We bought paint and the young lady in the paint department was extremely knowledgeable of the product, and which product would best meet our needs. We were in the store on a very busy Saturday. I asked random associates for help as well and they stopped immediately and provided help. Our self-check out associate was very helpful as well.

I Bought two Husky 72" sliding drawer work benches and I was very impressed with the quality.

I purchased a delta faucet and I always shop at Home Depot , Valparaiso store is so neat and clean , friendly employed

I’m at the Valpo store nearly 4 days a week and while I do visit other stores in the region this prodesk team is by far the most knowledgeable, attentive and all around engaging group I’ve seen. Ms. Patricia and her team make my shopping experience well worth the trip!

I have had to buy 2 new appliances in the past month. The 2 employees who helped me with the purchases were very helpful and willing to answer my questions and help me with getting my orders completed.

The employee I worked with was so sweet, helpful, and genuinely cared about figuring out my situation. She went above and beyond to make sure I was helped fully.

I like HD better than most big box stores because they carry a few items that are different than you can get at most (from tile to light fixtures to...)

From the moment I walked through the doors, to the service desk, to the store employees, to the checkout process everything was great! Employees visible and ready to help. I didn't have to wander through the aisles trying to find someone. Friendly and helpful employees made for a quick and positive experience. Well done!

Laurie, our cashier tonight really made an impression. My Veteran's discount was not working, but she jumped right in and swiped the code for me then showed me how to activate it in the future. She did not have to do this and I really appreciate it as the discount was the reason we went to Home Depot.

See Emily or Patty in countertops and Adam in flooring. Wowza people they know their stuff. Home Depot you have some knowledgeable employee. Very happy with their service.

Haven’t had one decent shopping trip with this company. Employees are friendly but strongly lack knowledge on their own company, products, and terrible work ethic in helping out customers.

From employees going to find the carts we needed, to helping locate items we needed, everyone smiled and said hello when they passed us. It was very clean, well organized and the people were awesome!

I bought Anderson 4000 series storm door at Home Depot. went to store around 6 pm. Louis Zamora helped me with patience. Applied all discounts and brought the purchase price lot lower than I have imagined. I get great help at Home Depo compared to similar other stores.

Louis Zamora the Sales Specialist was very courteous and a Pro in designing my fencing project.

We recently purchased an entire kitchen..cabinets and countertops from a local competitor and the staff there was not knowledgeable of the product and sold us something we did not want. Made us feel inconvenient through the entire process including the return of said items. We scheduled an appointment with Patty to start this whole daunting process again and from minute 1 We felt heard. All of our questions were answered and the product was fully explained. We haven't even received our cabinets yet but we know we have made the right decision. She even took the time to throw in some fun information about spring equinox to entertain the kids, which we all know what it is like to do major shopping with 3 small kids. I am glad we found her and look forward to making all our future purchases here.

I can't remember the young lady's name, but she was so incredibly helpful to my husband and I on a weekend when we were looking for bathroom tile. She was observant, could see we needed help before we knew it and found the tiles we wanted. She checked back with us a couple of times too.
