It is one of the few stores that you can find most all material for home projects. But the employees do not know the products and run and hide rather than wait on customers. Ineptitude is rampant!

Clean, organized store with knowledgeable and friendly employees.

Many associates were friendly, but one stood out in particular. I needed two of a certain item and they only had one. Mark Jefferson in flooring located another one at a store 40 miles away and, when he could not get the computer to ship it, he offered to personally drive there on his way into work and get it for me and bring it to our local store. Unbelievable! He did exactly what he said he would do and called me a week later to say he had it waiting on me. He did that cheerfully and said he gets great joy in helping customers solve problems. This man made my shopping experience wonderful. My family has operated a business for 64 years built on exceptional service and I can spot this rare trait easily in others. Home Depot has a winner in Mark and I hope they reward him handsomely!

Found what I needed, employees where helpful.

It’s an amazing store with amazing workers.

Employees act like they are at their home rather than employees in a store. They rarely notice shoppers and offer help, but they yell at each other and at their friends who are shopping. They scream and yell from 40 feet away at each other rather than walk closer. And when they are about 10 feet apart, they yell at each other as if they are at a ball game.

Ms Summers is a very patience kind friendly and dedicated Worker!! She is the Real Definition of Great Customers Service!!

We’ve all had bad experiences in stores before where we can’t find someone to help us out. I had a great experience with two employees named Corey and Breanna who were both extremely helpful, friendly, and polite.

Princess Carter was by far the most helpful employee I have run across since I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since 2005 the store she es were packed with inventory for the holidays my purchases were brought right out to my truck and loaded by fork truck drivers with care and as I was shopping I found everything with ease this is why I keep coming back to your store thanks princess carter

This store is in my wife’s home town of Vicksburg and I visit because of convenience only. The store in Lexington Kentucky is all the difference in the world due to the fact, they understand the customer should be recognized and acknowledged. Every time I visit this store in Vicksburg MS, the floor associates fail to see customers and are so caught up in their own conversations, there is no customer service. I walked from one end to the other with 9 associates failing to ask me if I needed help when finally a service desk associate seen me and called me over. I’m a HD fan and prefer HD over any other store and this store would be the one that would turn me if I lived there. Thankfully HD on Richmond Road in KY is there for you to maintain your status with me. I try not to complain. I was there buying Milwaukee Packout Boxes for my many tools I have purchased from HD. These individual boxes were in cases above the isles. I was in the store over an hour trying to get assistance. The customer service desk didn’t understand the difference in SKU’s and how the individual SKU would be different from the Milwaukee Packout bundle SKU. All they wanted to do is complain about the weekend schedule as I was there on Saturday morning, October 26. The HD Manager in Vicksburg needs to focus on all associates and their understanding of how important the HD customer is as it relates to their payroll.

Store was in excellent condition, Service was excellent n most of all everyone was polite n kind

The store had everything one needs for DIY projects, and the personnel are exceptionally friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We got everything we needed at the store and from the wonderful employees.

I always have 1 solution on my mind but home depot expands my thoughts everytime
