home depot is like the hardware store around the corner of the past and just like them, if it's not at home depot it's nowhere!

I always visit the Home Depot in Vicksburg MS. upon many of my visits a very friendly cashier by the name of Tamika always goes beyond her duties to make sure I am a very satisfied customer and I really appreciate her great service.

The Vicksburg Home Depot #2909 has excellent customer service. Store employees are friendly, professional, and most important, helpful.

My experience at this store was great! all employees were helpful and most were smiling. I called in my order in ahead and everything was ready for pickup. I've used this store before and will again!!!

Friendly and Helpfull

The store was very neat and clean, very welled stock! The customer service center was very nice and helpful, they were very knowledgeable!

I love how neat, organized, and clean the store is. Upon driving into the parking lot everything outside is visible, clean, and very neat. The parking lot is well cared for and all handicap areas are labeled as such. The temperature in the store is perfect because of the hotness outside. The gardening center is well cared for and clean as well. I love shopping here and sometimes I enjoy coming here just to get ideas for my next project I’d like to tackle or work I’d like to hire someone to do. This Home Depot has everything I need and if they don’t have it their always willing to point me in the correct direction.

My favorite Home Depot Store is store #2909 Vicksburg. My shopping experience is always great because of the friendly, helpful sales associates. In addition, the store is usually well-stocked, and I can easily find the merchandise that I'm looking for. If I can't find what I'm looking for, customer service representatives will also order merchandise online that is not stocked in the store.

I just love going to my home store, the employees are always friendly and have a smile on their face each time they see me.

This store is always neat and clean and the employees always helpful, knowledgable and professional. Products are always easy to find also.

Only problems I have are the flooring contractors you use when I had flooring put in twice now.

I love shopping at the Vicksburg Home Depot because store associates are always eager to assist me with my purchases. The Vicksburg Home Depot employees seem eager to assist customers and when necessary will go above and beyond to help customers. Employee friendliness and helpfulness are two of the reasons I enjoy shopping at the Vicksburg Home Depot. The store is clean and usually well-stocked. If I can't find what I'm looking for, store employees will order online for me. When all motorized carts are in use or nonoperative, some Vicksburg Home Depot Store employees have actually pushed my husband around the store in a wheelchair as he did his shopping. Now, that's the kind of customer service that makes our sopping experience more enjoyable!

The store was clean and well organized as always. The staff / employees were attentive and helpful, when needed.

I was very happy with the service at the paint desk. I had to buy a 5 gallon bucket and 2 one gallon buckets of Behr paint in a custom color and she was very helpful! I also got a free can opener and mixing stick which some places make you pay for them. Good stuff!

The associate at customer service desk was very caring and friendly kept a smile on her face she even help us locate a eating place in Vicksburg, after all we we not from Vicksburg, Ms. Give Toniell 5 Stars!!! I gave the store 4 because some of the other associates act as though they just didn't care.

store is clean and organized

Employees do not move inventory like lumber and top soil from the second level racks down to the floor level until a customer tracks down an employee who is not having a personal conversation. Then the customer has to wait on a forklift driver and a flag person. Then he has to wait on the material to be lowered. The whole process is allowed to exist because the store manager does not make the employees monitor inventory to ensure that customers can load their shopping carts.

I always have great shopping experiences at Home Depot #Vicksburg. Employees are friendly and helpful. In addition, the store is usually well-stocked and clean. More importantly, if I can't find what I'm looking for, employees are eager to assist me by ordering merchandise.

Store personnel are always friendly, courteous and willing to help. Keri is the go to person for us and he is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Ms. Ariel and Ms. Stacey made my shopping experience very easy and explained the detail of my purchase as well as the delivery. I really appreciate they're assistance in making my experience very pleasant. Great job ladies!

I love the Vicksburg Home Depot. Lots of selection and great employees.

I enjoy this store since it is neat and clean and never too crowded. The folks are helpful and quick to help.

There are several employees that I trust to help me fulfill my needs so I go to them on a regular but there are some that do NOT seem to know the store that well and always seem to have to ask for help themselves. I am sorry but I do not have names for either of these observations. I will try to note names in the future of the ones that I trust but will not "trash" others by name.

This store is always clean and neat. The employee's always greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. When you start talking to them they will ask what kind of project you are working on and give you suggestions. A lot of the time they can help you figure out a quicker and easier way to do what you are doing. This is my most favorite get everything at one place store I have ever found.
