The people how work there are nice

I had to fire a contractor and got stuck with over $2,000 worth of material and Monica helped me, and thought it was time consuming and difficult, she was so kind, friendly and understanding! I really appreciated her customer service skills. I was not treated like a problem or as a number, but instead as a person.

Look for Dustin Jr. If you want good service his a tall slim young man with a big heart

Always have several people at this store asking if we need help finding anything. They ran out of a certain size decking board, we told an employee, and they brought more within ten min. Always friendly at checkout and seems to always have what you need.

I visit this store often. I can feel they are consistent on service. during the COVID time, some place have shortage but very quickly, the managers put the goods back to shelf.

Usually when I go to home depot, I can never find someone. When I go, I pick up electrical supplies. Today (12/2/2021) I went to go pick up a milwaukee battery charger and M12 batteries. Yesterday (12/1/2021) i went to go and pick up some s/o cord and a box. Then I remembered I needed a charger. So I went and looked but I couldn't find any. So I looked for someone to help me and I couldn't find anyone. Sadly I was in a hurry so I had to leave.

The store is clean and most employees are genuinely friendly. There were two in the rental department that were quite odd, by that I mean I would ask a question and they would look at each other and answer but never made eye contact with me. Strange pair.
