Sandy at the check out was very friendly and I enjoyed her talking with me.

Our cashier, Sandra, was training. She was very patient and very sweet to us, although she couldn't give us a senior discount!

The overall impression was that the isles were too narrow for two standards carts to pass each other comfortably. Some isles are very dark with the exception of the lighting department. The atmosphere skews towards contractor/males. As a DIY female, this location lacks cues to promote inspirational purchases, and minimal vignette displays. DIY females spend a lot of money on home improvement, and make many of these budgetary decision.

No one knows where anything is. They don’t help you and send you in circles looking for things Better be prepared to look for everything yourself

Ordered a product online and paid for next day Express delivery almost a week passed I called the store over 10 times and no answer. I called corporate to actually get a real person and not an automatic teller that keeps putting me on hold for over an hour than to be rude and hang up in my face. Finally after talking to someone to be told that I will have to wait another week to have my order delivered I opted to pick up than she did not want take off the almost $200 delivery fee. I spent another 30 minutes on hold to be finally told that it was removed and that I was able to pick up my order. Next time I will use Lowe's better customer services for trying to save a few bucks.

The store was clean and the associates in various departments knew where everything I needed was and escortted me to them.

This is my candy store. I love shopping there. It has everything. The customer service is great. I had asked where something was n they took me to it. I have bn in several ones n they have told me idle 10 r whatever, then walk off. What's up with that. But not the one in Victoria.

To us this is the cleanest, most friendly store we have entered. The associates are eager to help, and checkout is usually fast and easy.

I could not get the supervisor in the lumber area to send a Home Depot employee to help me get and load my lumber that I wanted to purchase. I requested help three times from her and waited for an hour. I gave up and decided to go to Lowes. I had just walked out the door when an employee told me he was the only employee in the area and he could help me in a while and asked me not to leave. I waited 15 minutes more before he came to help me. One employee for approx 20 or more customers is a total failure of the Home Depot Executives and their inability to provide proper staffing in this store. I don't blame the employees who were at work at that time.

The Victoria store is very similar to all other Home Depot stores as far as the layout, which is comforting and makes shopping easy. This us why I continue to shop here.

Customer service is very poor. Have plenty of supplies to choose from but never have enough in stock.

I enjoy shopping here because the store arrangement facilitates finding merchandise easily. The assortment of items available provides good choices and value. The military discount is nice, but could be improved by allowing the spouse to make the purchase without the service person physically being there (my spouse works away from home a lot). The customer service is commendable and the store location is very convenient. Help is always available if there are questions about a project or product.

Andrea, from paint dept. was very helpful, gave us choices and explained each one.

Thus far the Victoria, TX Home Depot has had most everything I need and has always had friendly people willing to help make sure you find what you need.

Home depot stores is the best store recommended to my friends.
