The outside was just as clean as the inside.They had what i needed in stock.and shelf's were stocked.

H ome Depot in Visalia is a GREAT store. It is super clean. You always have what I need.

I like shopping at my store, Home Depot Store because it clean and it has rental equipment in case I have need of them, which I do on occasion.

We Drove to the Visalia store from Hanford to get a large double tool chest and a large air compressor among other things. The reason we went to Visalia in the first place was because Hanford did not have the toolbox in stock and we needed it that day. Customer service was great. That evening however when we got home the top box was badly dented we called them right away and they said to bring it back in and they would change it. We made a 2nd trip there and picked up another one got it home and unloaded it and it was dented as well. Both tool boxes were dented inside behind the styrofoam packaging so it wasn't evident from the outside of the box. Called and talked to Matt the store manager told him the problem and he was more than fair on how he handled our problem. Drey at the customer service window is also very knowledgeable and did a great job finishing it up. Excellent customer service from start to finish!!!!

Always find what i need and workers are always really helpful
