everything was good all-around but I was a little bit disapointed that they didn't have what I was looking for even though the web site said that it was in stalk there.

7/18/2020 It was an absolute nightmare. I arrived at 8:26a per my GPS, driving a large pickup and an 18' flatbed trailer. I parked in the designated trailer/Pro parking. I went in through the lumber/Pro side to purchase brackets and concrete. There was a pallet out front of those doors in the Pro/loading area that had 24 bags of 80 lb concrete on it. The store was not very busy. After I found the brackets I needed, I went to the register and asked the cashier if I could have someone come load the pallet with 24 bags of concrete onto my trailer with a forklift (2 weeks prior we had this done at the HD at Green Acres with no issues). They said yes of course no problem. I told him I had an 18’ flat bed trailer and was parked in the trailer parking, I asked if I should pull up into the loading area, he said yes. I was inside the store less than 8 minutes. I went to my truck and pulled into the loading zone and proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. I went back in and checked; they said the forklift should be out soon. They were waiting for someone to be able to use the forklift. I finally left the store at 9:16a (per GPS). This was after they had major confusion because apparently 24 bags is considered “hand load” even though I specifically asked for help. I cannot haul the 80 bags of concrete. This is also after the lady driving the forklift told me she wouldn’t load it because I didn’t pay a $15 pallet fee. So, after waiting more than 35 minutes at this point she tells me she won’t load it because they didn’t do their job properly and charge me. Nor was I told about this fee until she refused to load it. I go back to the same register and cashier and tell him they wont load until I pay a pallet fee. He tries charging me for more concrete (a full pallet is 42 bags) I tell him no I don’t need more concrete they say I need to pay for the pallet, a pallet deposit. He has absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, so now there is the lady on the forklift, and her spotter both yelling that I need to pay the deposit fee, and this ill-trained employee (who’s training another poor unfortunate soul) doesn’t know how to do that. They proceed to figure it out, and they did let me know if I return the pallet, they could refund me the deposit, all while it took a freaking hour to for something that should have taken maybe 20 minutes. (the other HD didn’t charge a pallet fee and there was no mention of it whatsoever when we did this 2 weeks ago.) Obviously, there is complete lack of training if it is a HD policy to charge for these pallets, and the woman on the forklift was completely rude about the whole situation. 7/19/2020 9:53a, I go to return the pallet and the extra bags of unused concrete, inform her I will need a forklift, and I’m parked in the loading area and the returns lady tells me she cannot process the return until the product is unloaded and back on HD property. This is now where I’m just freaking baffled. So, I go wait, and guess what, wait some more. I go check on the status of the forklift, and it’s the same person who was the spotter the previous day. The forklift finally comes to unload, and it’s the same lady driving the forklift. She gets it unloaded, and before she leaves, I ask if she is going to call to the front that it’s unloaded or if I need a return slip for the product since the return hasn’t been processed yet. She radios to the front and proceeds to yell at the returns desk about not processing the return yet. I’m not even sure how this process was supposed to go, and I don’t think the people working there do either. 25 minutes after arriving, my return has been processed. I am a long-time home depot customer; I’ve remodeled 3 houses with home depot as our primary home improvement store. After these 2 visit it won’t be my primary store. My money is better spent elsewhere

This review & 5 stars are specifically for Christopher in Appliances. He made our dishwasher shopping experience so painless & easy. It was a large purchase for us, but definitely on the low range of dishwashers. He made us feel like our dishwasher purchase was important to him. He didn't try to upsell or downplay the one we were interested in. He had good info & when he didn't know an answer he looked it up. He looked at us while we were talking & took what we said into consideration. Christopher is pretty much an appliance sales unicorn. If we could we would invite him to dinner (after we get our new dishwasher). Give him a raise!

Wish it was easier to have product shipped from other stores.

Shopping there was easy and the people working there were pleasant and very helpful.

This is best home depot I went to buy wood product for fence the cashier Jasmine really went out of her way to help me find the best product of cheap and I left extremely satusfied

Poor experience with customer service in the garden center. No help loading my very heavy bags of soil in my cart--and an employee stood there 10 feet away watching me. I will still shop at the store, but was not happy with the lack of help or service I received today.

This store was a happy store... people were smiling and helpful in a tough time.

Hope in the Paint Department really exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to assist me with my purchases. We are painting the exterior of our house and she helped me throughout the process from color selection and samples (so many samples!!) through to our final purchases. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful. When I had an issue with a color she resolved it immediately. Hope’s exceptional customer service made the whole experience easy and stress free. Home Depot is lucky to have her on their team.

Always plenty of help in this store, and always very friendly. Thanks for having so many fine products to choose from >

Customer service desk people are amazing I never have any complain thank u for jobs well done

The training in customer service at the store is terrible. I have gotten attitude problems I’ve tried to resolve from managers. I have had trouble with two different cashiers being rude to both myself and my wife.

Had to drive across town for a specific tool that Home Depot carried, from the moment I stepped in the store employees were very friendly and helpful. I found what I needed quickly so was in and out quickly with very good customer service.

Checkers not wearing masks. Over 90% of customers not wearing masks. Carts not sanitized. loaded carts and merchandize in several aisles, forcing customers into close contact . In this situation you are either part of the problem or part of the solution, HD needs to get with the safety program for both employees and customers.

DeLaney in the paint department was very helpful! I’m currently working on my shop car project and she had time to even give me advice on the color scheme of spray color to go with the latex samples I bought. Carlee was very kind, friendly and efficient at check out. Overall the store is much better than when I went in a few years ago! Good team, and overall great atmosphere (even with the current situation in the community) from every associate I interacted with!

I would like to thank the lady in the painting department whose name is Hope! She was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, patient, and was even kind and patient with my father-in-law! She gets a to thumbs up from me. :-) -satisfied customer

Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. And returns are always easy!

I shop this store it is like my second Wal Mart as far as getting everything I want and being able to find everything quickly. The prices are very good and the associates are always ready to help.

We were asked if we needed any help right away. We bought a refrigerator and it took a total of 15 min. Plus you can bring your dog.

The service person, Jamie was extremely helpful and it made the long drive from Florence worth it. The Young man that brought the flooring to our car was very pleasant. A good visit.

Salesman made me load up the 7 cubic freezer by myself. I am 5’ 7” female 130 lbs. I did do it.

We have loved this store since it opened. Always look for "Oz" in outdoor specialties/barbeques/yard equipment/etc. Now we will be looking for Phil in tools/plumbing/appliances/etc. So good to know good/great employees...

Came in looking for a valence kit. What I needed was not available. Dana sent me to aisle 12 for a velcro kit that would do the job. Much appreciated.
