Unlike some of their competitors, this Home Depot was reachable by phone and, even better, the customer service rep was wonderfully helpful. I have not yet picked up my item, but I'm looking forward to doing more business with the Home Depot in Lebanon, NH!

Easy parking close to entry. Found product easily.

Under staffed and poorly stocked. Suffering for sure.

Great store for basics that you need for building and maintenance, for gardening and home supplies. We'd started building a cottage, and found certain items for kitchen and bath needed to be ordered, but delivery is generally fast and customer service great. Pro desk folks are friendly and helped us to receive discounts with a certain spending level reached. Kitchen design folks are expedient with ready answers. We would use Home Depot in the future if another project comes along.

Good place to source general items and plain vanilla hardware. Sort of a quick service location like a fast food place but for building materials. I use this store frequently, and for the most part have no complaints. Quality of the lumber is mediocre, so if you have a fussy project, you will want to shop around. Limited availability of non-pressure treated 4x4's and 6x6's and the framing 2 x 4's are middle quality.

Lynn is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful when it comes to your outdoor power equipment offerings.

The W Lebanon Home Depot is usually very active. Nevertheless, the Customer Attention given to us on this last visit was outstanding. We were looking for an item that is not normally on our list. We came upon someone in an ORANGE Home Depot apron who readily helped us locate the item.

Love this store. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and everyone is willing to go above and beyond. The store is always well-organized and they always have what I need in stock. They also have a super selection of plants, seeds, and starters for spring and fall planting, which I love!

The associate who was supposed to help me with loading an item purchased for curbside pick up was less than helpful. He belittled both myself and the other HD employee during the interaction. He was neither friendly. nor helpful.

The person at the checkout, Izzy, was very friendly and helpful.

Good store. Good people. Cheerfully accepted a return of expensive item that broke just shortly after I had discarded the packaging and receipt, I'll call this EXCELLENT service. Much appreciated!

The employees were unbelievably responsive and engaging. Directed us to the department we were looking for. Engaged with us there. Helped us with our purchase. In the course of our visit we spoke with three employees - ALL responsive and our interaction with the primary employee who worked with us was an over-the-top positive customer experience.

Good hours, not too difficult to get to. Parking is good. Aisles are usually full of stuff so getting through can be difficult. The selection in some areas seems to be reduced as to the number of options.

Larry Holdsworth, Customer Service Specialist, and Lee helped me get a refrigerator into the back of my KIA Sportage. They were awesome.

As usual the aisles were over crowded with cardboard displays and promo merchandise making it hard to get through if you meet someone coming towards you. Keeping social distance is impossible. This trip the smoke detectors were not where the sign was, but over with light bulbs (another bright idea?). The signage in the sheet good section of lumber with descriptions and prices were mainly missing or laying on the floor with other trash. A bright spot was Logan O. at the check out, he was cheerful and helpful. Would I recommend this store, well the hours are good and if near Lebanon, NH it can be handy. If you need service and help other then paying on the way out go to your local lumber yard.

10-17-20 My husband Douglas and I went to Home Depot, Lebanon, NH to purchase a new refrigerator. As our 3 yr old Sears Kenmore Elite died. Both of us each missed a day of work, getting in touch with appliance repair tech. Everyone suggested just buy new :( Was suggested 3 brands, and GE was (wifey's) choice. Tom the Appliance assistant was very knowledgeable, very helpful on delivery date, precise on explaining extended warranty, and comparisons of sizes, etc. In mean time we also purchased a mini fridge while we wait for the arrival and wanted for garage(heated) use afterwards. I have to say after all was ordered and selected, this had to be the best experience I have ever had purchasing an appliance! Hopefully this fridge will last a lot longer!, but I am covered this time. My hat is off to this gentlemen, hope you give him a raise! keep Tom for sure.

Don't shop here if you're a woman. The male employees will go out of their way to ignore you but will gladly talk to any male accompanying you, just to make their misogyny clear to you.

I strongly recommend driving out of your way to go to A DIFFERENT Home Depot. The staff is rude and either answers questions with attitude or simply walks away. I won't be back.

EVERYONE in this store was helpful, courteous and non-sexist. (I’m an old lady but I buy a lot of construction items and this can be a problem sometimes) I will drive and extra 2 hrs total to shop at West Leb NH instead of anotherHD. And give Nick and Simon a bonus!

I always find the staff knows where things are if I'm looking for a particular item. Friendly and clean shopping experience. I have to travel 1 hour to get there but its well worth the experience. Sure would like to see a Home Depot in my area.
