We had no problems purchasing a refrigerator. They were very glad to take our money however on the delivery date of 7/14/2020 no one called and told us that the delivery date was put out to August 11th 2020. We stripped our refrigerator of all the food and now it's not coming. Does this store not keep track of inventory? Now I'm trying to get more details and all they tell me is that they are waiting on a customer. Am I not a customer? Oh, yeah. you already took my money.

I felt safe, protected, and cared for by the employees. Everyone was professional and helpful. I could tell they were happy to be at work, and were still willing to smile under the masks.

Always helpful employees and friendly staff. I have never had a bad shopping experience in this store. Although there are hardware stores closer, I will go the extra 20 miles to get the better prices, exceptional service, and better selection.

The store has most of what you would expect in a home center. Employees are friendly but most are not knowledgable about home repairs. Sheet goods (lumber) is priced below local lumber yards, however dimensional lumber is over priced. Appliance delivery is terrible and I will never order another appliance. The delivery people often never show up but then claim they attempted delivery as an excuse.

I'm happy with Molly, store associate. She was eagerly helping me. I was trying to buy stakes and I found out that the price she rang up was more than the price listed at the shelf. We checked and she assisted me reducing each stake to the price listed (total of 16) patiently, efficiently and accurately. I'm impressed. She later offered if I need assistant to my car, including a previous customer the same..Very consistent. I won't be surprised she'd be a manager one day. A+++ customer service!!

I visit THE HOME DEPOT store whenever I come to West Lebanon for my household needs. I am very impressed with the people who work there...they care about every customer they come in contact with and will do everything to meet your needs. Thank you!

My one recent purchase went very well, staffer went out of his way to load product into my car, cashier volunteered a discount based on quick application for credit card.

Store was fine, but the receipt contained a blurb for entering a sweepstakes that had closed 2 days before my visit. Sloppy.

We just moved to the Upper Valley from Boston. We typically try to avoid big box stores in favor of smaller, local businesses. Over the last year of renovating our house, however, we have found the customer service at this Home Depot to be, far and away, some of the best retail service we've ever experienced. Everyone is always kind, helpful and there to help when needed. This last weekend, however, we had an experience that we had to pass along. We have a 20 year old pressure washer that is completely rusted and wasn't working. Before we tossed it out we figured we would bring it to Home Depot and see if they could fix it. Despite having every incentive to tell us it wasn't worth repairing, Rick and his team in the tool rental department went out of their way to help us and got the washer working and cleaned it up! When I tried to tip them they refused. Everyone at the store has always been great but this experience was really above and beyond.

The store was clean and well stalked. The customer service was outstanding, the staff was attentive and supportive. The store’s response to the pandemic is outstanding.

Shout out to Dan White in kitchen design. Thanks for your attention to detail, product knowledge and help. I highly recommend Dan to anyone with a remodel project.

I had help today from a gentleman named Randy he was the department manager of the tool section I was eyeing something for a while that other employees were not able to tell me Randy helped me get what I needed and my experience was great

I shop here everyday or ever other day and everyone there is great and help me all time ken up front cashier Department and James bessette for helping me and couple lady’s as well. All around great store

Most all HD's look the same which is top shelf but the staff in the West Lebanon HD really makes the place shine. Good Job!

This store is always clean. Employees are always pleasant & knowledgeable. If they don't know, they find out. No matter what we are looking for, the employees will go from one end of the store to the other to lead you right to the items or get it off the higher shelves.

Great customer service

Associates went out of their way to help me find the things I was looking for, if I was unable to find it myself. The store was clean and organized. I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, patience and courteous demeanor of the Associates I interacted with.

If you go to Home Depot in West Lebanon to purchase appliances, please note they have a contract with Spirit delivery service located in Burlington, VT. The phone number they send you to track your appliance is answered by an answering service which has no actual idea on the status of your delivery. When trying to received my fridge on 8/17/19, I was told it would be delivered between 12:45 and 4:45. I called the answering service at 5pm and was told I was the last delivery of 9. They were at delivery #7 and are finishing up, I should get a call in 1.5 hrs. At 7:30 pm I called again. I was told they were at delivery #8 and should be done in 1/2 hour and would get a call in a half hour, indicating they were on their way. I specifically asked if we would be getting our fridge that day and that they would be delivering at 9pm at night? I was told, yes, they would be there. So we waited, after 9:30 pm - we could not reach anyone. When my husband contacted the West Lebanon Store the next day (Sunday) he was told that the manager was busy but would call back. No call back. He called again, the manager would not talk to him. I stopped into the Burlington Home Depot (visiting in that area on Sunday) and was told that they had a record of my husbands calls and that he cancelled the order, but I could not be reimbursed until monday, because they had to verify with the delivery service that they did not deliver the fridge. The reason we were upset was that we were called approx 5 times Friday night and were told we could expect our fridge between 12:45-4:45 pm. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL US "Sorry - we were scheduled to make 9 deliveries in 4 hours and won't be able to make it to your home, can we reschedule?" what happened to good customer service? GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot Contracted with this company to deliver their goods. Home Depot did not take any responsibility for their contractor. Their response "well, no one fails on purpose". ???really??? so what are you going to do about it? Nothing. that's what they did. Their contractor NEVER called us. Not saturday night, not Sunday, or Monday to to apologize. No effort was made to reschedule with us.

The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dennis in the smoke alarm area went above and beyond to find the product I needed. He never gave up and found it had been shrink wrapped to a pallet of bbq grills ......no one would've found them til next summer. Thank you Dennis

Great store . The staff are friendly and on the ball. The manager Jeff is very good at keeping the customer happy. As a contractor i have started using this store,the drive is longer compared to Claremont.

The employees in plumbing are exceptional - helpful, knowledgeable. They enabled me to do something myself that would have required hiring a plumber had they not helped. 5-star.
