NEEDED GARDENING TOOLS! Found the BEST set! A spade and claw packaged set $19.78... Went in for gardening tools to help plant flowers with daughter home from NC for Christmas so they will come up in spring! These guys and gals are THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! Isn't that what it's all about? I've been to a lot of stores in 70+ yrs... THIS LOCATION is TOPS!

I wish the people at self checkout were more helpful.

We buy our home products and recently bought a dishwasher and floor heaters and are very satisfied with these products

Customer service desk is not helpful in any fashion.

I always enjoy trips to Home Depot, whether it is for plants or appliances. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable employees keep me coming back!

Everything was great.

I love to go to this store early in the day or early in the weekends!! But please whatever you do, do not go in, in the evenings… that crew will constantly have an attitude with you and anyone asking for assistance, they are no help, they act like they hate their job and they might do but dont take it out on the customers, you are working for a company that is paying you to at least smile to the customers.. one of the girls in customer service/returns area was beyond rude to an elderly lady that was simply trying to get someone to help her in the patio area, like what did this lady do to you and then here comes the manager Wes with a huge attitude too dragging his feet and no help at all to the situation, I’ve had him come up to me too and he said HIS WORDS… I can’t have everyone to do their job, i have’s a bunch of unreliable people… come on man, be professional, this haves to get better.

Store was well supplied and staff was friendly and patient while giving me answers and providing information I needed to make my decision. I was following up on a product found online and it was there and the store was well stocked. Staff was friendly throughout the store greeting me and asking if I needed help. I know I will shop there again and look forward to it except for the spending part but that just being practical.

The employee's at this store are always very nice and knowledgeable! They ate always readily available!

This store is almost always great to shop at. Except that the garden area does not have employees who are familiar with garden products. Well not all of the garden employees. If knowledgeable employees could wear a vest the said garden expert it would really help instead of having to ask everybody the same question until I find someone who can answer my question.

I was impressed with the customer service I received today, even though we are in the midst of the Pandemic, everyone was adhering to the guidelines and I felt safe.

Lee and Raven went above and beyond to help me with my son's lost Christmas gift. I am very grateful for their hard work and kindness.

This location was great!!! The staff and cleanliness were above average. The availability of merchandise and the ease of product pickup were awesome as well.

If you need new flooring see Karen or Brian they helped me get a good price and best quality flooring. Was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My survey was for the store at 11 Mabelvale Plaza Lane, Lr Ar 72205, I grabbed the wrong receipt. I had a very pleasant experience at the Mabelvale store, but st store # 1401 in Little Rock my experience was the opposite. It was terrible at the west Little Rock location when I went in for paint and I will not return after the treatment I received at 1401.

For those who have a disability, I am able to find a handicapped parking spot close to the entrance and they provide electric carts for shopping. Well managed.

The treatment that I undeservedly received from the manger and several members staff collectively (on-duty & off-duty!) was far past unacceptable and beyond unprofessional, and the way in which I was severely and maliciously mistreated by them during this trip has completely and sadly severed my long-standing, honest, and loyal relationship with their employer, most definitely with this particular store location which is by far the most convenient location for us to do all of our shopping from within. To avoid the same possibly happening to you and your family, I urge you to play it safe and simply do not go into this location within a few hours of closing time with any intent of making a purchase of any sizable significance. What results if this upsets the staff is so very humiliating to your family that I have no choice but to warn others of the possible negative outcome and impact that could result. For this reason, please be aware that, from my latest (and sadly, final) experience, it is truly best in order to at all costs avoid having to endure any undeserved, extremely negative, hurtful, & damaging experience to try going shopping elsewhere or to try completing all purchases of any sizable significance much earlier in the daytime at this location - if you are allowed the time away from your work or other responsibilities to do so. (At least for the time being, as my poor experience was recent.)

This store is a self-serve only store. Employees ignore customers. I could not pick up the materials I paid for because no one would come to the pick up area. Obviously very poorly managed. After a half-hour, I left after getting a refund. The lady at the service desk was helpful.

I required special guidance to make my purchase. That's just what I received.
