Great selection of plants and accessories!

I placed an online in-store pickup order, one item came in early and the other three (3) items arrived at the store on time but two days later. I happen to be off work the day the remaining 3 items arrived but they were not going to be ready from pick-up until the following day. Erma at the Service Desk, personally went back to receiving after her shift and found my items so I could pick them up that day. This is above and beyond Customer Service!!!!! A++++ for Erma and the others in Customer Service and In-Store Pickup.

Home Depot worked hard to ensure the store is safe and clean for guest/customers. Employees are constantly stocking the shelves with available products to ensure customers have a wonderful shopping experience. was able to quickly get all the materials and supplies needed to complete my projects of changing out my old hot water heater for a new and efficient one.

I don't want assistance from employees not properly wearing a mask. Employees are not being friendly and helpful if can't keep me as a customer safe.

As a Pro customer I have shopped at various Home Depots for years both on the West Coast and now in Arkansas. Store #1401 in West Little Rock is hands down, the best stocked and staffed store I have experienced. It is well managed, clean, stocked and staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. Special shout out to Shannon in kitchen design, Harold in the paint department and both Miss Raven & "Little" Raven at the customer service desk. They're the best!

I really like this store because the employees are always helpful, and I never have a problem finding someone to help. The shelves are always stocked and well organized.

The store is allowing customers to enter the store without a mask. Please keep your customers safe by not allowing customers to enter the store without a mask. Please give a mask to customers or employees if don't have one or sell them one. Your store's lack of of concern for all the health of your customers and employees could lead to a serious spread of this virus and deaths. It is also the law in Arkansas, so enforce it!!!

I bought a thermostat (pull tag item) that advertised an instant $60 Energy Rebate. However, I did not know how to get the rebate coupon which had to be applied at the register with the purchase. 2 employees told me how to get the coupon online. While I was waiting for the coupon to arrive via email both of those employees came over to ask me if the process was moving along properly. I appreciated their helpfulness and the follow up to make sure my coupon came through! Another employee helped me find the particular light bulb I needed for a make-up mirror. Very friendly staff!

I shop in this store regularly and can usually find what I need. But the store is perpetually short of employees who can help you.

an employee in the lumber department was kind enough to cut my lumber so it would fit in my vehicle. Customer service is great.

Went to the store today to pick up my online order that had partially filled. The CSR could find it because it had shipped to the southwest Little Rock store. No further explanation was given. I called the HD online order service to cancel the order since it was sent to the wrong store. After I called a third time it took 26 minutes to cancel the order. I never encountered anyone with the critical thinking skills to explain what happened to my order. I give Home Depot a zero for taking care of the customer.

West Little Rock Home Depot is a great place to shop, have good employees for assistance and is conveniently located.

Worst customer experience in a retail store. I went into this store in WLR and purchased a Samsung Refrigerator. Two days later Samsung called me to advise it will be a delay in my shipment due to no stock. Samsung blamed Home Depot system. Home Depot blamed Samsung. The whole organization did not care or value our business. Went to another retailer bought the same fridge it was delivered the next day. All while HD was still processing my refund. I will never attempt to buy appliance here again.

There was A young Lady name Raven who took her time to explained to me about the item I bought was already discounted and could not get another discount on top of that. She was very professional and explained to me with patience.

Rude. Asked for help, and they made me feel stupid. Definitely will go to Lowe’s next time. :)
