Outstanding employee dedication.

The old Asian guy 'working' in the home furniture area is rude and lazy.

This store always seems to have what I need and the sales associates are very knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. Great shopping experience.

the workers were very nice and always willing to assist any customer. They gave good advice on the right tools to purchase for your projects and how to do it.

Good: The associates know what they are talking about and they are very helpful. The store was generally clean. Needs work on: Although the store was clean, in the garden area, underneath the flower shelves, it was very messy. When I was walking into the store it seemed like the phones kept ringing although there were a number of people at the front desk. The overcome speaker is really loud. In line I heard other people say it was hard to find an associate in plumbing, electrical and lumber.

It's extremely important to me to know that there are employees at a home improvement store available to help! This West Nyack Home Depot has a few stand-out employees always willing to help me find what I need, and/or answer questions. Unlike other Home Improvement stores, the stand-out employees at West Nyack offer assistance, regardless of which department they are generally assigned to. They seem to work as a team. A few times the person helping me, called another employee from a department that I was shopping in to get my concerns or questions addressed, if it wasn't their department, or they didn't have all the answers. The West Nyack Home Depot has very nice, knowledgable and friendly employees, which makes me shop here, as apposed to any other home improvement store.

This store is poorly run, employees need training on discrimination against there customers. There is another Homedepot 10 mins away in Nanuet. Shop there instead much better customer service and environment.

At these times where your employees potentially expose themselves and their families so their customers can purchase the supplies they need -AMAZING!!!! Thank you all. I too am an essential worker so I feel the fear and feel the deep gratitude for all efforts to supply needs and to stay home. Please share with employees they need to know how important their efforts are!

My experience at Home Depot in West Nyack, NY is usually very good compared to even Home Depot in Nanuet, NY. Staff is friendly at customer service and returns area.

I find the staff at the West Nyack store very helpful and knowledgeable. they are willing to go the extra mile in helping customers. I is very helpful to have former craftspeople in the appropriate departments.
