Having team players like Donovan at my store made my shopping experience fast. It made me feel good. Everybody wants to be treated like a VIP check out this photo this gentleman it’s so into his work he wouldn’t even turn around to take a selfie.

Last year, my toolShed burnt down I lost all my tools everything I lost more than a toolShed was worth the banks to Home Depot, and having all the items I need to rebuild the tool shed is back like it was in my collection of tools is even better

This is a big box store, but full of caring employees who came to the aid of an employee in a difficult situation with a customer. Customer was unhappy about a return process and lost his temper on a female employee. She was quickly surrounded by co-workers who came to her aid. People, be nice! It isn't the employees fault that there are procedures in place that are challenging.

The store is always very clean and everyone is friendly. They are generally well stocked with everything I've always needed for several years now!

I used to shop here every day but because of my new job, I can only go once or twice a week. My shopping experiences always wonderful. The return policy is fantastic and most of all the employees are wonderful, loving and caring. When you find employees like this, they should be embraced and well cared for because they provide that experience, they sometimes leave you in a really good mood when you Pay for your items and leave the store something to think about

We were shopping for a new washer and dryer. We did some research online and planned to check service and prices throughout Reno. When we entered the West Reno HomeDepot we were greeted with a smiling employee named Chelsea. She was amazing to work with. She knew the products, walked us thru our options for what we needed, and printed out a detailed quote we could take with us. We then visited 3 other stores with appliances and drove back to Chelsea's store to make the purchase from her. Much to our surprise when we asked her if we could see the manager about how well we were treated, she said "I'm one of the managers". HomeDepot should be proud to have her. She's the kind of employee we all want working for us.

Everytime I shop at this Reno store, I am greeted, smiled at and the most of all, am asked if I need any help. Never happened in California.

So many employees working today and so helpful. I wish it was that way every time we went to your store.

I’ve been shopping at the West Reno Shopping store since 2009 and everything is exactly where it is since then the store doesn’t change it stuff around to make the shop or lost in finding anything these days. I don’t even need to help because I know exactly where everything is. I bring my birds sometimes which makes my shopping experience even greater

I’m always surprised when I’m able to return items I might’ve had for a while sometimes I over bye and because I’m so busy at my job I’m unable to return the items I have over bought. I’m always surprised when my Home Depot store provides the refund.

The cashiers are much more helpful than us having to do self checkout. makes the process much faster

I’ve been coming to this Home Depot for well over 10 years I know many of the employees because they’ve been working here for so long. The customer service is excellent and the star is well managed organized and efficient to shop.

Bought a new dryer during the 4th of July sale and the store was predictably swamped with numerous customers. Still, an associate names "Alexa" sought me out in the crowded appliance section, ordered the dryer I needed, reviewed all the details about connections upon delivery, and gave me multiple suits;le delivery date options. Just superior service at this store location.

Mike DS and Wayne both went above and beyond answering all of my questions, leaving me comfortable and satisfied with my purchase! These guys kick butt!

Over the 55 years I have lived in Reno, I have seen many 'hardware' stores come and go. I am glad Home Depot is available for me. The staff is always friendly, the shelves are always stock with what I need and auto check out is easy. What more can a person ask for? Also, if my store doesn't have it there is another Home Depot near by.
