You have a better chance of getting quality information off YouTube than most people who work at this store..save yourself the hassle an just man up an go for it..

not all store departments will give the veterans discounts on products they want to purchase. Other company's in this township do and we are grateful for this.

Tim the Assistant Manager went above his duties to help me find what I was looking for which was not visible. He was very calming in his manner which helped me relax. I was hampered by a sore foot and having walked a lot in the store aggreviated my condition before I found Tim.

Russell is thee man to go to when you want help to plan your new kitchen with cabinets and countertops (and bathrooms too). He is very efficient, friendly, great ideas/suggestions, and knowledgeable.

They seem to have more material in stock then other stores in town

I have been shopping at this Home Depot location for years! I appreciate the good selection of plants and flowers in the warmer months and building materials and kits made available for the do-it-yourselfer that I am! I take pride in doing my own remodel projects and always find what I need at affordable prices. I like the store layout and use the website to track and locate item locations which makes for quick shopping! I appreciate the knowledge of the staff as well.

This is a clean well stocked Home Depot. The associates are courteous and helpful often going beyond the norms to be helpful.

Ron and Ryan in the paint department provided the worst customer service I think I have ever had. Neither one should be working with customers.

HD probably won't post this. Went to get keys made. No one in aisle. Asked at desk for them to call someone. Person at desk says (*) won't like being bothered with another key to make.(I assumed this was a joke or that (*) had cut a lot of keys that day - it was my first time there for keys in a long time). Wasn't a joke. (*) was surly, cut a more expensive key without asking me if I even wanted it. Walked away without a word after cutting it. Keys were $4.98 each - never paid more than $2 until today. Small purchase, and I don't like wasting things, so I took my lumps.

This store is convenient for us, has everything we need and very informed sales associates and other personnel. We found the items we needed and were assisted by sales people when we needed assistance.

I had a problem with a counter order. The store manager immediately supported the situation and provided a full refund, even after the counter had been cut. Great service and recovery, Home Depot!

In the 11 months that we have lived here in Reno, we have used this Home Depot on a regular basis. The employees have almost always been very helpful and courteous. The shelves are well stocked and I have always found what I was looking for----sometimes needing some help. But every time that I have used the store, the outside areas, parking lot and landscaping, have been very dirty. I always have wondered just whose job, if anyone's, it is to keep the outside looking nice-----and looking like someone takes pride in the outside.

Rude, lazy employees who care nothing about customer service!

Trying to get someone to answer a phone in a department can take up to 30 minutes, several phone calls, & even the operator won't come on the line for several minutes. I could ride my bike to the store faster. The canned country music is awful & tinny sounding; even elevator music would be better. I dread calling the store. Otherwise, this Home Depot store is full of awesome, helpful employees & I will remain a loyal customer for their pricing.

In stock is important and this store is very good at staying on stocking. Many helpful associates some with exceptional knowledge and experience Neil in plumbing is a perfect example he is the best.

Easy to get to the store and plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Great place for Truckee residents to shop. Especially, on a Friday night.

Most everyone is really friendly. The store is busy, but if you need assistance with anything from gardening to plumbing- they have people who know what they're doing.

Home Depot always has everything I'm looking for, friendly cashiers and a good flow I can be in and out in 20 minutes

This store is the closest to my home and when I am in need of products this is where I go. There are usually employees that you can find to help you. Many know where you need to go to get what you are looking for. The time before this last visit an employee on the way to a break asked if I could be helped. I was impressed that she would ask on her way to a break. This is an employee that knows customer service. She also knows that without the customer there is no job.
