Angie from hardware helped me find a product that was not in her department and was very helpful. A cashier was very rude to me tho.

Everything I needed was at the store and Angie from hardware helped me by walking me to the items I was looking for instead of pointing to an area.

This store has some of the nicest employees. Two employees in Hardware last night named Dylan and Angie they both helped me and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was having a bad day and was depressed when I walked into get a few things but a young lady named Angie from hardware was so nice and listened to me tell her about my seizures that I have been suffering from. She didn't just brush me off. She helped me find what I was looking for and I wish I could say Thank you.

I was looking for an item and I did ask a few different workers who sent me to the wrong aisle but I did end up finding a young lady in hardware who walked me right to the item I was looking for.

Every time I vist the west Springfield store I always find the staff very willing to help and ver personable

I had an awesome shopping excursion in Home Depot. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Greeted by friendly faces, merchandise was plentiful and easy to find. Easy in, easy out.

Store manager would not answer my phone call, it was screened by somebody named Serge, who couldn 't get rid of me fast enough. My call to your 800 # wasn't much better but at least I got a sorry, which doesn't help excuse the bind you folks put me in.

This store is managed very well, the staff is extremely professional, courteous, patient and friendly. The staff is willing to help anyway they can I felt very comfortable asking and approaching staff to help find a particular item. Above par experience!!!

Brenda from customer service was very friendly and helpful. She took care of me quickly and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Definitely would come back to this store they received me with a smile and also thanked me for shopping there.

Was sent here from the Hadley Mass store to pick up #234075 Their online site showed they had 7 An employee there confirmed that they have not had any in over a month. Apparently no one is counting inventory there! And no one in management knows or just doesnt care.. Instead I was pushed to buy an inferior product..albiet I was given a small discount but only because I refused to leave until I had answers.. This store needs a lot of help in managing. Not shopping here again.. period!

Love the West Springfield Home Depot . Can always find what I'm looking for shelves are well stocked all the time. If I can't find what I'm looking for their is always a friendly employee ready to help you out.

Don’t expect the staff to come and ask if you need help. You literally have to walk around the store looking for someone with hopes they aren’t busy socializing and on their cell phones. If the website states they have your product and quantity needed in store, don’t bank on it. I needed 9 pieces of wood, website stated they had over 300 pieces. All of the pieces were outside of the store with zero stocked. I asked for help and was told that even though the product I needed was at the store, because someone didn’t move it into the store yet, I was not able to buy it. I left without my purchase because the staff refused to help me. After 15 years of shopping here, I will never step foot in West Spfld store again.

Associates strive to give the best of customer service has to offer! Only con is the lack of employees when in need of assistance but when found they are able to help my needs. The Hardware location that had all the item varieties to choose from was well maintenenced and stocked with the items I needed. Overall, great place to visit and shop before going to start/finish projects.

Total unenthused employees at customer service had no interest in helping me. I spent over 10k at this store in the last 12 months. I won’t be going back even though it’s the store location in my town. I will go to the Westfield store which is cleaner, better organized and professional

Kendrick and Jackie were outstanding. Very helpful and courteous even though they seemed to be a little understaffed. Those two made the experience great.

The Home Depot West Springfield location have the most helpful associates in all of westernmass. Whenever I need assistance there is someone there willing to help with a smile.

Very neat clean and easy to find product out and around the store

I am not a very handy person and am in the process of trying to replace my kitchen counters which are not standard size, and have multiple L shapes. Laura at the HD in W Springfield gave me a few options that were in my budget and even some that were lower and I'd be able to do myself saving myself money. I appreciated Laura taking the time to listen to what I wanted and to see my vision of what I wanted for my kitchen.
