I’ve been working on a project since Covid began remodeling my kitchen, thank you Lori you have been a huge help I couldn’t have done it without you Replace all my flooring on the first floor of my house thank you Andrew for helping me with this process you were awesome. I had Help with appliances, light fixtures, plumbing and more so for the last six months I’ve made numerous visits into Home Depot and I could not express enough how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is it’s actually like a big family. Very happy I made the choice to do my home makeover at Home Depot

Very organized and well kept store. Helpful staff that makes sure you get your questions answered. A+

The store is not adhering to covid 19 protocol set forth by the state. During my time in the store on November 12th I witnessed three to four customers not wearing masks, as well as three to four employees not wearing their mass properly with their nose not covered. This made me very uncomfortable shopping in your store, especially the fact that no employees said anything to the customers that were shopping without masks.

The girl that helped me with my flooring order was outstanding.

ProDesk staff are excellent and they have knowledge to help you choose right products for the projects you. They do take off estimates and kitchen designs.

Great employees and that is the big difference, I know when i go to this location if I need help I will easily get it, nice choices of items, being 84 years old getting help is huge with me!

Excellent service and ambient

Recently the employees at this store have been very helpful in my material, tool and service purchases. As I said in the survey I just finished, whoever is in charge of hiring in all four of the stores that I frequent have done a very good job in getting friendly and helpful staff. I realize that Covid-19 has effected supply chain dynamics and some items are out of stock but the staff have offered alternatives that have turned out very well for me.

I'm only recommending because the employees that work on the floor have a lot of knowledge but customer service needs to be revamped because they do not have knowledge on where products are and have an attitude when you ask to get someone that has a better understanding. Then they send you on a goose chase until you find someone on the floor who is willing to help. Everyone at customer service needs more training. I would be willing to train them myself for free just because I believe knowledge is power and plus I have a BS in business. It pays to be nice in the world of business.

Usually find help easily available at this location, products are normally available. Store is kept clean including the bathrooms

Curbside pickup is awful. I did what I was told but still needed to go into the store. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to complete the transaction. Another appliance transaction was handled poorly by the delivery service which resulted in the appliance not being delivered. I canceled the order the same day. It has taken three managers to actually cancel the order but I am still waiting for my refund (I was told 3 business days). Additionally the Customer Service area is poorly designed for social distancing. I will think twice about shopping Home Depot in the future. But if I do, it will certainly not be at the West Springfield store.

Poor service at the customer service desk. People walk in and cut the line and get waited on.

Customer service does not exist here. Electrical aisle is poorly stocked as well.

The staff at this store is AMAZING. They ALWAYS help me find things and give thoughtful advice when I’m doing projects for the first time. I always have a friendly greeting and warm experience in your store - Lowe’s is NOT the same! Manager at Lowe’s gave me attitude when I communicated concern about masks not being worn. Home Depot has never ever given me a bad experience - I used to be a property manager and they were wonderful to me back then but it’s even more appreciated now given what our country is going through!

An employee by the name of Ed was extremely rude. Swearing in front of us while we have a child with us. Wasn't willing to work with us to give us the material we were asking for.

Cashier that I encountered was not wearing face covering for covid19 properly. Ordered online. Called because I needed the orders for a present and spoke to a manager stated would be ready next morning. When I went to the store the next day ordee was still not ready. Had to wait 30 mins to have an employee go get the items.

Rude employees! Standing in line, cashier by the name of Jasmine couldn’t get a product to scan and told my family and I that I would have to walk to the other end of the store if I wanted that product... and then wanted to call us lazy to the other employee because we had asked if there was a worker that could run to get it. On top of being over charged for the product! Then finally get out of line to go talk to customer service about being over charged and the rude service.. and the answer I got was “well we all are stressed here”... like seriously? So no one else in the world is with everything going on? Just absolutely disgusted and disturbed by these employees. And I have NEVER had issues at this location before but there’s always a first and always a last because I can promise I’m NEVER going to shop there EVER again. Awesome job to the rude employees your company has

Through the 30 plus years I have owned my home I have purchased thousands of dallors of tools and home depot home remolding products from the Westspringfield store and the service and friendliness is out standing.

I just love shopping at the West Springfield Home Depot ... People are always friendly and are always more than happy to assist you. Thank you
