Nice to know you don’t have to go down every aisle and make your way to the front of the store for customer service to have to help you. There is plenty of Employees in this store that are more than happy to help.

It is an awesome store, Joe is the manager and is always on top of things. Cindy at the register is fantastic. Every time I see her and today Jason and deliveries went out of his way to help me and make sure that everything that I did not understand about a product. He went online and took care of it, that’s what I call service

After hours of searching and selecting items for my project the cart is taken by employees. It happened twice. Two different days. Two different departments. Hours wasted. I always leave my cart at the end of the isle, sometimes tucked into a safe place as to not be in the way of others. Can’t do that anymore.

What a complete turn around from the last time I visited this Home Depot! I was greeted by several employees. I was assisted with a purchase by a very knowledgable person. He went above and beyond to find something affordable and made me feel valued as a customer. Also, the cashier was very friendly and also made me feel valued as a customer.

I buy alot of items at the Tyrone area Home Depot. Am quite Satisfied with their prices and quality of merchandise.

This is one of the smaller Home Depot stores but that’s really a big advantage. They’re well stocked and have a good selection of products. However, the thing that makes us so attractive is it’s very easy to get in and out very quickly.

Each time we need to deal with anyone at this store it's a nice experience. Knowledgeable, friendly and went over-the-top on a few occasions

we were buying plants. we inquired about a magnolia tree. the gentleman the checked us out explained they get them every now and then. but he went above and beyond helping me find a magnolia. he wrote down two places we could go visit that have what we were looking for. he was awesome. so was the other gentelman that worked with him. awesome pair of guys. thank you so very much. me and my mom

Home Depot has most of choices you need changed or fix in your house!

This store is fantastic to order product online during the day for in-store pick up. And generally if you go in the store after 7 PM the traffic is lower and check out times are extremely fast. Also, the nighttime staff is extraordinary everybody from the night manager lives on down to every cashier, it’s really a very experienced and professional staff

I BUY THINGS FOR PROJECTS. SOMETIMES MONTHS GO BY AND WHAT I DON'T USE THEY TAKE BACK NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Could not find people to help us and when we did they were very rude! Cashier ask if I want to save 25% by opening a credit card…..I was paying with my HD card and a 10% coupon! He was too busy talking with a coworker to be bothered with my transaction! I don’t shop HD much anymore because of these issues always happening!

Anytime I go into home depot and I have questions about a specific project it always seems like I get an associate that always trys to pawn off the lack of knowledge and says "this is not my department and the person that is supposed to be is not here or out to lunch" I feel that every associate whether they are in plumbing or lighting should have general knowledge about anything home improvement. Also the specialists that work in the cabinetry division, from what I saw today 11/12 need to be more attentive

We are new to St. Petersburg and have had to do some remodeling on our condo. Every time we have gone to this Home Depot (on Tyrone in St. Petersburg) the staff has made us feel glad we came. They have been friendly, patient, and helpful every time. We honestly will come back here every time we need something. They are that nice!
