Great service in multiple departments again. I purchased lumber and had it cut to length by the very helpful attendant. Purchased tools in the tool department and was assisted in my purchase decision, as well as informing me about sales, comparisons, and warranties related my purchase of a drill set.

Great Customer Service

USIG was scheduled to install backsplash and they no showed the 1st day, 2nd day showed up and left when they realized it was the wrong tile. Day 3 showed up for 2 hrs and left. Day 4 came late and finished. Had to miss work for 4 days to get backsplash, awful. After waiting 3 months. Worst experience. Won't do anything else with Home Depot

My shopping experience today 12/1/2021 was not good at all! I just came to get a tall metal pole to hold my bird feeder and a small metal pole for a flag, I asked a half a dozen employees and everyone shrugged their shoulders and replied "I don't know", never offering to call customer service or to find out from someone else where they might be! The cashier at garden center went as far as telling me she has no idea of things, she's only a cashier and she was screaming that as I walked away! Completely unacceptable! The cashier as I checked out was very nice her name was Suzanne, she gave me the information to speak with someone this shopping visit, the employees especially in garden center need education to customer service, this is such a close location to my home that I would like for these experiences to be enjoyable and have someone tell me or even better show me where these items might be so I'm not walking around lost for hours. Also every other aisle in the garden center was blocked off by these huge pallets you couldn't get a cart nor yourself past pallets to get down the aisles to get what you need

A Front End Cashier Noah that goes by the Name Laylow Greeted me Properly and Assisted me on Questions I had on Certain Items. I was also able to Quickly Checkout because of him which I very much appreciated considering I had a business meeting. Other cashiers also engaged and greeted me.

She was friendly, helpful and polite.

I bought a new kitchen counter and many other things there. Will always go there..

LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT. I'm here a lot and know just about everyone that works here, often do shopping for my husband's plumbing business, Bob Hyps Plumbing, Inc., so I know really how to get around this place! If this Home Depot doesn't have what I'm looking for then I go a little further down the road to the next Home Depot and usually find whatever I was looking for. The Home Depot is my "Home away from home"!

Home Depot always has what I need for what ever project I am working on. It is always clean and easy to find what I need. Every isle is labeled with what is in it which makes things easy to find.

If you have any questions about paint, you need to see Angela. She took a chip sample out of my old paint can and matched it perfectly. Angela is very knowledgeable in her job! Angela, if you see this... YOU ARE AH-MAZING!!

I found the store to be clean & isles easily traveled...unless another shopper left their cart in the way! Personnel were promptly responsive when needed and were friendly and helpful. Cashier Sharon made me smile to myself, on my way out the door. A good day.

The employees need to be knowledgeable about the area that they work in, the materials needed for a particular project and how to use those materials. That isn't always the case.

the customer service at this location is great! friendly and knowledgeable employees. But Carl, that loaded my purchases into my car is above and beyond outstanding! He is so genuinely friendly and helpful, i would never go to a different Home Depot, because Carl wouldn't be there.

I have shopped at Home Depot for quite a while, I think after today I will shop elsewhere, when I entered a Self Checkout Line an associate immediately came over and started scanning my items, even after several times saying that had I wanted someone to do it I would have went to a cashiers line. I felt offended and discriminated against as the only reason I feel he wouldnt let me do it myself is he assumed that I was going to try to steal items. I have a very good job and have no issues paying for anything I want.

I had an amazing nice experience with the Cashier, Ivonne while checking out my items, she was not only nice and friendly. Very cordial and I was shocked because usually they are not that nice at the customer service return but, this cashier was so friendly and nice that it made a good impression for me considering that she stands for long hours there at the check out. In fact, she is always happy and friendly every time I go there because I live by this Home Depot. Very good customer service by her.

You need many more employees like CARL. He goes above and beyond to help with anything you need. He also shows an interest in you as a person, and always has a smile on his face. What an exceptional employee!
