The associates are very nice and care about getting my job done correctly

Max helped us find the drill that we were looking for and Klaudia helped us at self checkout when the bar code would not scan. Klaudia did so with a smile.

Home depot should care more about lawn service pros. I bought all my products from home depot in the past. Not anymore. I am going to a local dealer a spend more money. I need good products and fast repair service.

My husband and I were in the market for a zero turn mower and found a great deal on one. Everyone helped us to answer every question we had along the way. Our cashier Jennifer was pleasant and friendly.

I would like to thank employees, Mike, David and Tim in the lumber department for their wonderful customer service. Tim in particular went out of his way to help and Mike and David were kind and did their best to help us. The store always has what we need and is cheaper than Lowes on most products.

Management and staff need to get on the same page here. There are too many mixed messages being delivered over something very simple. The propane tank exchange machine in this store does not work and apparently has not for awhile. Do not waste your time being redirected to 6 different people just to get a tank exchange done. I know it’s a stupid, simple thing to base a review on, but if they cannot master the simple things...

Have done renovations- from deep gutting of kitchens and bathrooms to light renovations, in three different cities always using Home Depot. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to shop in Tallahassee ( store #6374 ) because in Miami and Knoxville,TN stores I usually found maybe one - if I hit the work schedule of that person- associate who actually KNEW how to solve a problem and point me to the correct purchase. EVERY single time I have nabbed an associate in store 6374, I have found that person to be very well versed in products and alternate problem solving options! I am astonished, really. I have been happy to have already purchased a wide variety of products that have proved to be the best choices! For years in other cities I had come to beleive the quality of employee had dropped way down. NOT SO IN TALLAHASSEE!!! EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES! LIKE THE OLD DAYS OF EARLY HOME DEPOT! THANK YOU! Joan

Julio was a superstar during my last visit. He quickly came to the rescue when I needed help .

When you trying to find somebody to help you out and answer questions about a product it was almost impossible to get any help , l could not find something so I left

Corey is awesome. He spent about 30 minutes helping find an item that had been put in the wrong area, he saved us another round trip of 4 hours with his help.

Store is easy to find, right on Capital Circle NW. It is well stocked, well lighted and well arranged for the customer's convenience and ease of shopping. Staff is caring and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to shop at this Home Depot!

I love this store, the only thing I don’t like about it is trying to get someone to help you load something onto your cart such as lumber!

I had a great experience with Ben at the paint desk. I called a head and he was so helpful and kind, he really streamlined my time there at the store by having my paint pulled off the shelf and ready to color when I arrived. Thanks Ben!
