Great store and wonderful helpful employees.

The employee that waited on us was friendly, and so very helpful in every way. Every store should have an employee like the one who waited on us. The store is a little out of my way when I'm in town, but worth the extra miles especially if I need help and info on the product that I'm buying.

The cashier, Kathy, at the contractor end of the NW Home Depot is such a delight. She is knowledgeable on the products, quick to get you help and very pretty. The store is lucky to have her.

Helpful staff especially when I don't know the name of items I am searching for. They actually take you to the item, suggest what is best. Not just tell you what aisle, but take you there. Thanks DJ, customer service desk and Jimmy near the hardware and tool, drill aisle. Great service.

This store was clean, neat, and organized and all things were priced. The employees were helpful, kind, and interested in seeing to it that I found what I was looking for.

I would recommend the store only because it is one of two major chains that have Home Improvement, does not mean it's great. This Home Depot needs help. Hard to find help when needed. If you can find help makes things much easier. I leave this comments based on several unsatisfactory incidents encountered. One such incodent involved me calling into this store, being left "On Hold" for over 35 mins, I literally drove there while I was on hold and let the associate hear my speaker phone "On Hold"......smh....no one ever bothered to pick up, so I decided it would just be easier to drive there and see how long I would have been on hold. Another incident involved there well publicized promos for DIY classes, when I got there, the Manager had no idea there was a class scheduled, he had to find out if there was one and where it was located. When we finally confirmed there was a class, thee gentleman conducting the class was super nice, but ill prepared. There were no handouts or instructions on the course material covered, also there were no suggestions on items to purchase related to to the product demonstration, which was a great opportunity to discuss tools and their uses involving this particular DIY project. It was sad and ill prepared. Hopefully future ones will be better, as I enjoy learning and seeing "How To" by people I consider experts. Home Depot seems to be slipping in Customer Service area. It's become very laxed, which is sad, because it is normally one of my favorite stores.

The store does well with customer services . They assist with the customers and answer general questions accordingly.

When I go to Home Depot I tell my wife that "I'm going to see" Kemuel Richard Paul Kevin Susan and the gang. It is nice going to a store where you feel appreciated.

This Home Depot is well stocked, very clean, and the employees are helpful. One employee stood out and his name is Tim. My wife and I walked in and were looking to find supplies to build a fire pit and patio area. Tim walked up to us and asked us if we needed any assistance. We had forgotten to grab a cart and Tim said it was no problem and he quickly went and grabbed us one. We told him what we needed and he walked us to the area and helped us find and load up everything (including loading 42 large brick/stones). He was very knowledgable and efficient. To top it all off it was Black Friday and very busy. It is refreshing to see employees who really want to help and a store that is so well stocked and cared for.

Awesome Customer Service throughout the entire store and they really and truly know their products.

We bought 4 cabinets, and from start to finish, this was an excellent experience! Super fast service and very knowledgeable people. We were in, out, and loaded in under 1/2 hour.

The associate on the phone was very helpful in researching to see if the store carried what I needed. The store did have what I needed in stock, so I drove to the store immediately, and by chance met the associate that had been on the phone answering my questions. He walked me to the aisle where the product was. This visit to Home Depot was easy and efficient. I appreciate the phone and store assistance!

We visited this store last spring.Had a great experience than and that's why we return this year.We are only here in this area during the winter and spring.snowbirds! Store is clean and very organized and the staff was helpful and knew exactly what aisle the item we were looking for.Of course we will return.

The entire store was clean and well stocked, the other employees were very nice and helpful, but the cashier Osiris was awful. I a small female bought 8 bags of topsoil/potting soil and she stood there impatiently waiting on me to struggle to move the items around for her to scan. I was with another customer paying for separate things and even though I told her 3 times the other items were separate she continued to ring them up. She barked my total at me and almost threw my receipt at me. That was the end of the transaction, no have a nice day, nothing. It was just an awful customer service experience.

Just got finished with your online survey...Kay Mears is fantastic, helped me this morning at 7:03 am with a generator purchase on my Home Depot cc from my location in Clermont, Florida. My brother and his wife live 8 mi. from Panama City. In addition, in the survey, I asked that I be given Corporate's email to further comment. Thank you for Kay!!!!!!!

All employees with whom I came in contact with were welcoming and friendly. I was given assistance from an employee that helped me find everything I needed and she made suggestions that helped me with my purchase.

Ran in to get one specific item, found it and then verified with clerk that it was the right one! Cashier, Katherine was super friendly and answered several questions I had regarding gas grills. Store was clean and I found everything I needed!

We love our local Home Depot! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Located and ordered the appliances I wanted in less than 15 minutes. Assistance was immediate and professional. Excellent Job!! Will shop there again .

What a treat to shop in this Home Depot -- everyone friendly and helpful. Sales staff, TOMMY, was very helpful and knew where everything was, that I came for. Cashier was friendly as well, and there was no waiting around for help.

A gentlemen named Victor B in electrical in this store always goes above and beyond in helpfulness. He is very friendly and will even walk you over to another dept of the store and help you there as well. He was there a year ago when I was working on my condo up there and he was a great help to me. I was delighted he was still there this year between condo leases, and was again, extremely helpful and very pleasant. I hope he will still be there a year from now when I need help again between leases!

It's nice to know that you can shop at a store where the employees don't mind helping out. It's a surprise to see a woman working over in the lumber department and more knowledgeable than some of the man that works in the department.

A refund was provided after a flooring issue. Art Sturgis, Manager, was very helpful. Our refund was greatly appreciated.

Horrible experience!! Do not use for flooring needs. Numerous issues with getting products on time, company postponing installation, sending installers who didn't know how to install carpet. I declined all products as I lost trust in Home Depot after so many problems. Then they gave me difficulty with my refund and charged me over $600 for returning the products, even though there is a 90 day return policy. Beware of this store. I used Home Depot for years for my home and rental properties, but no more!!

I was so impressed with the customer service on my most recent visit. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable and easily accessible (they were in the area)... I didn't have to search and find employees. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had in a very long time.

This is the only Home Depot I have visited where the associates actually run to help instead of playing hide-and-seek with you. I always look forward to my visit here.

Good reliable place. However, wood is not the best quality but this is an industry problem. Out of 3 2x4s you can use one. Helpful staff. Good prices.

If you offer a Military discount, then your store should honor that. I was denied a Military discount because I was going the last tool box that they had on the floor that had a dent and scratches on it. They told me since they already dropped it down 10% to sell it, they would not accept a Military discount. I could of went the other location and got a new one with a Military discount for the same price as the damaged one.
