Always friendly reception and professional. It is very convenient as for location and seem to always have everything needed when shopping there. Always good appearance and clean and well organized and professionally run.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful sales associate named Licia, she was in flooring and tile. I had called numerous other Home Depot, and it took numerous calls to reach a sale associate in that department. I called the Wake Forest store and she answered on my first call. Was extremely helpful and she made sure I got everything I needed for my project. I had been calling the other stores to try to find a particular tile that was only on sale in the stores. She did a great job , plus everyone from Customer Service was extremely helpful. Thanks, I will definitely finish my house remodeling with this store. I was really happy to see such wonderful service.

The store is a great convenience for me aside from the fact that most of the staff there are extremely helpful.Its always been a my great pleasure shopping here.

While checking out with a new mower battery and several other items, cashier Emelin suggested I could save $30 by applying for an HD card. After some thought, I agreed, and the process was very simple, entering everything into the pinpad. After that I needed to get store credit for the battery core I brought back, Emelin also took the time to personally walk me to the service desk and provide that service also. (I think she also used it for a teaching moment with a new employee!). Kudos to Emelin for her customer focus, willingness to help me save money and evident smile behind the mask. Thanks!

there are very knowledge people working at the store - may not the day you visit - but if you are a regular - like i am - you find them right away

Home Depot has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a pleasant customer experience. On multiple occasions an employee has searched for or offered me a discount. I have been extremely happy with HD service and products.

Great experience at Home Depot today. I was shopping for a storm door. Andrew Remm in the millwork department was very helpful. We appreciated him taking time with us to answer our questions and show us the options.

Home Depot In Wake Forest is a great place to shop for your plants, garden supplies and home improvement DIY's. Ms. Patricia is a great asset to Home Depot and a very kind and understanding Cashier. I enjoyed shopping there at least 4 times this month $$$$

NONE of the employees were wearing masks or observing physical distancing in any way. Customer service needs to learn about providing service, not attitude. I think corporate needs to provide better tools for their stores and employees so that they can do their job happily and with a smile. The store was crowded and not particularly confidence inspiring.
