I was approached by an associate that did not help me with why I came in. He was pushing cabinet specials, and was rude when I did not want them.Then another associate did help me, and was nice and helpful.

purchased dishwasher, did not have in stock but the time that it would get it was not a problem. Received Excellent help and will return never been disappointed at this store. Always someone there to help with what ever my needs. Thanks again

I felt like I was important and I wasn't being rushed with my order. I had no idea how to order doors, but Steven made my experience very pleasant.

I had to replace the door knob to my garage side door, and bought a Kwikset brand a good price it was easy to install, i probably shoudl've bought a set door knob and dead bolt because the door knob it looks so nice.

Always have what I need and are willing to help

Debra in appliances noticed my friend and I checking out a dryer and asked if we needed help. We did because we were looking for a discharge hose that was longer and needed to know the right kind to get. She knew exactly what we needed and where to find it, making the trip much simpler. Home Depot - put the the discharge hoses next to the water lines for the washers so it’s all in one place or at least make your signs better!

I needed help finding you gas tank and an older gentleman who worked at the store got down in his hands and knees to crawl under a story rack in grab the tank for me. Also when I was checking out, the cashier was very friendly. She made some small talk about some of the items you’re purchasing and it made me feel better about our purchase.

So happy I found the Anderson Screen door that I was looking for. No photos as it will be installed next week. Not available to send pictures

I visited this store a couple of times to collect what turned into a very complicated order. Carla and Shawna at the service desk were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and when we had to work with the manager, Dan, they did everything to make my life as easy as possible. I also received excellent help from Jason with getting some pipe cut and threaded. It was refreshing to work with such a helpful and cooperative team. These people do it right!

We were buying a toilet, which can be found most anywhere, but what you can't get most anywhere is a real, live salesperson! Not to mention one who was not in a hurry and treated us as if we were the only people that mattered, despite the fact that he was needed elsewhere. When we left the store Foster was out helping to load a car and thanked us again for our business.

The customer service was excellent! She made my returns hassle free. The transaction was quick and simple.

We shop at the Walker home depot very often and we are always grateful for the outstanding service that we receive. The team is great and it's apparent that a lot of time and effort has gone into selecting and training great people who are knowledgable and willing to help. It's awesome to work with real people and get the help you need!

This store and staff are friendly, helpful, well stocked, and knowledgeable.

The products purchased were a gas stove and dishwasher. The installation crew had no tools to install and had to borrow from my husband. The stove was not level and they had to come back and level it. Then we discovered a gas leak because they didn't use the proper yellow tape or check for gas leaks! They could of blown up my home.

This store has so many great employees who greet and help customers. Love being welcomed and feel comfortable in a store so this was great.

Home Depot is just as big as the other home improv. stores but somehow feels more intimate, more "homey".. like your good ol' reliable hardware store down the street.

The generator was installed by your technicians

I got it Monday (10/18/2021) and I was helped when i could not find it.

I wanted to buy unfinished kitchen cabinets and Nickie was extremely helpful in finding the cabinets that I needed

the pro desk folks are some of the best around and Alpine store is by far the best out of all of the west michigan stores we use! way nicer and more polite and the pro desk is always working hard for the customers. the other location pro desks and managers should pay better attention to just how much better alpine actually is!! other location do far less business because they are far less concerned about helping the customers,helping with check outs,etc!! they will literally just stand there and look at you and do nothing. I am an owner and have been an operations mgr,general mgr and so on for years and there is a reason that Alpine crushes all other locations on sales. Mishelle,bobby and allison are awesome

The store is not too big that it is overwhelming and there is usually someone ready to help when looking for something. Prices are fair.

I got the help I needed right away to get a grill down from the shelf.

I love my local Home Depot! Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Helpful people! Getting into and out of the parking lot is not always easy.

I send all my people into work with mishelle or Alison at the pro desk. They go out if there way to get my guys in and out as fast as possible. They are the best! !
