It's been a long time since I've been in a store where several employees asked if they could help me or if I was finding everything I needed. Great customer service.

Rude employees. My wife and I were in the process of picking out a refrigerator and reading the details ourselves since no one was willing to stop and ask if we needed help. All of a sudden, Mike the appliance employee stepped directly into view of my wife and me and discussed the details of the fridge to a customer he was assisting. There was probably a 1-2 foot clearance between these two people and ourselves. No apologizing of stepping into our personal space or just being rude in general. I can't say this is the first negative experience we've had at this specific location. We try and not go to this location if we can avoid it because we know the customer service side is usually underwhelming and ends in disappointment if any assistance is needed. Even during this trip to check out appliances about 10-12 employees passed us and not one asked if we needed help with anything or even a simple, "hello".

I recently purchased a DeWalt home generator. I also looked at appliances, lighting and plumbing. I did not have to wait very long for assistance in any of these departments. The store appeared to very well staffed and knew where to find my items in there departments. They also provided help with my generator from the sales floor all the way to loading it on my truck.

This store is always neat and clean. The associates are helpful, and if they do not know a particular Thing that you are asking about they will find someone who does know. That is important to me. Also the parking lot is well lit a d plowed if snow has fallen and the carts are Not all over the parking lot. They bring them in often during the day. No danger to your car.

We've got the BEST Home Depot store in the area. I've been coming here for years. It's great to see smiling and friendly faces over the years

Great store with friendly and helpful staff. They have a good understanding of the products and will go above and beyond to answer questions and lead you to the product you need. Returns are handled speedily without question. On-line order pickup is easy with their friendly staff.

This has been our "go to" store for years, and I can't say enough good things about it. Every employee is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I always find what I need and get my questions answered completely. The store is clean and well organized; I can be in and out in a short time. I highly recommend this Home Depot!

Always clean and organized. Employees are always happy and willing to help! In my line of work, its necessary to go to a home improvement store at least 3-4 times a week. There's a reason why I shop at this location! They always have what I need and will get it if they don't!

Store is laid out in a way that's easy to get around by department and seasonal. Clean and organized in a way that makes sense.Finding things is fairly easy and is visible in searching for things.Most employees are helpful and can assist you in what you are looking for. They generally seem interested in being helpful and try to help. There are, however, a few that stand around talking and doing whatever they can to ignore you when you are clearly trying to find something. They seem more interested in talking to other employees than they do in trying to be helpful. It gets annoying to feel like they are bothered by you being there interrupting their workday. Overall, it's a great store and is my number one choice as far as the big home improvement stores go.
