Excellent customer service. Above and beyond despite the fact they were very busy. I will definitely go out of my way to go back to this specific Home Depot storm Thank you Tanya and Dean especially for an excellent experience.

The store had exactly what I needed I had searched several Home Depot’s! The cashier John was phenomenal! Such positive energy! It’s hard to find cashiers like John! Thank you for such a great experience at check out. I come here often and some employees aren’t too friendly!

Best prices around. Always fully stocked and very friendly, knowledgeable employees in every department. My favorite home improvement store.

This location seems to always have what I need. I often drive past other Home Depot’s in the area because this one always has what I need on the shelves.

Store had everything I was looking for on this trip.

I hadn't been to Home Depot with my husband in some time and was pleasantly surprised. We found what we needed with the help of some nice sales reps. Check out was a bit slower but once we got up there the cashier, Alexandria was so pleasant. Thanks, R and S White

As long as you self check out at the store its great. Cashier Haley is rude and we had to bag our own items, when I was bagging my own items she looked at me like I was crazy, and she never spoke one word to either of us.

Best Home Depot store.

This store is very convenient and has everything you need in stock but the parking lot has garbage everywhere and the building outside needs to be powerwashed/cleaned.It seemed dirty

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, THE PAINT DEPARTMENT WAS FRIENDLY AND NICE.

The store itself is clean and seems to have most things in stock. The staff is friendly but not knowledgeable about anything- it took three people to find what I was looking for and then I still was given the wrong item. Don’t ask the guy in plumbing, he lies.

The store seemed to be very well set up, but a bit different from the store that I usually visit. This was an emergency service call for a good client, but they had a Glacier Bay toilet and so the normal parts do not fit it. That Is why I had to get additional parts, which saved the day. So I was able to find what I needed because the aisles were well marked and logically arranged. Thanks for having the store set up so well.

Do not count on your Will Call orders being correct or ready when promised. This is a recurrent problem. Stopped shopping here for the same reason a few years ago. We order lumber packages here pretty consistently because it's convenient (location). EVERY single time it's either not ready when promised or something is missing!!!

Be careful what you buy, bought 3 shutoff valves when I got back to job to install 1 was someone's old one they put back in the box and returned, 2nd one was not what the box stated it was, and the 3rd one was missing parts, I had to go back wait 30 min in return line, charged back to credit card instead of store credit she said it was easier for her , went to get new ones I then got told not to open the boxes in the aisle where I got the bad ones from and then another 10 or 15 minutes to pay what a waste of 2 1\2 hrs nobody is in any kind of hurry they get paid the same if they hurry or not was the 2nd cashiers reply

Don't order online and pick up in store 6 or 8 hours after you get text to pick up order, you will be shuffled between service desk and phone sales and then wait until you find some one to pull your order waste of time. it takes longer to do something that's supposed to save time and aggravation

The employees are kind and helpful. The store is clean too.

Went to this location because they were the closest store to me that had a sander and pads. While employees were helpful, they seemed hurried. I appreciated the patience and helpfulness of Crystal who went above and beyond what was required of an associate.

Their customer service was replaced with Low IQ workers or should I say nonworkers,

This store has no Pro Desk, The lumber checkout would rather stand around and do nothing than to help you, they don't have a clue about what any building materials are, they are just a body standing getting paid, who send you to someone else who knows nothing. you will get a lot of exercise walking back and forth and leave unhappy.and tired from walking in circles

Great staff at Warren Home Depot. I have been shopping at the Hoover road store for years and will go out of my way to make purchases there.
