This was only my second time visiting this particular store but the service and helpers was great.

The store was very clean. I always enjoy their assistance when I go to the check out line. I get a little nervous when checking out myself.

This Home Depot location had all the equipment and material needed to upgrade my bathroom and kitchen floor! I'm adding vinyl sheet in my bathroom! I'm love Home Depot! :)

The salesperson was knowledgeable and informed of the products he carried. He explained the differences in the brands, sales prices, and options available. He didn't try to steer me to the most expensive product, but rather with the information given to me, let me make the final decision based on what I wanted. The store was clean and unobstructed. The cashier was quick and friendly, no long lines to wait in or lingering around with the transaction. The delivery company that was used was impeccable. All and all, one of the best purchases I've ever made. Everything was flawless!

Customer service is exceptional at this location. Bill in electrical remembers me every time I’m in and always has something nice to say. He is knowledgeable in everything I ask him on home improvements and super helpful. Christopher in appliances answered every product question I had on an appliance and because he was so knowledgeable about the products that was my deciding factor on buying it at Home Depot. Everyone just makes you feel at home and gives great advice. Fast easy friendly checkouts too!!

The store had a floor model of the lawn mower I ended up buying, I thought that it was very helpful in my decision. A worker named Gerry helped me get the lawn mower into my car as well, it was much appreciated.

This store was clean good workers

I placed an online order for 6 bags of topsoil. I got a text message and an email stating my order was ready to pick up at the service desk, but it wasn't. The lady at the service desk gave me a pick up confirmation and sent me to the garden dept to pick it up. The lady in the garden dept told me I had to go to the service desk. I told her I already did. She had to call someone to pull the order and load it. I thought the whole point was to have it pulled and ready when I got there.

Thank you , Kyle, for going above and beyond. A product, hose, I was looking for was not on the shelf. Kyle presented options, made sure the end result met my needs, walked me to the cashier to ensure an accurate transaction (while greeting several other customers on the way) all without prompting. EXCELLENT shopping experience.

There was a guy named MIKE in the garden/lawn mower section at the Warren, MI location that made my trip perfect. I had no clue what I was looking for to fix my mower, but he had so much knowledge in what I needed to do. Having someone like that to make people like me save time and effort in a store as big as yours was absolutely amazing. I could not thank him enough for how professional yet easy going he was. So again to MIKE, thank you!

I went to this store because it was the one close to my job site today, my regular store is on 12 mile. But the quality was the same and things were mostly in similar locations and I found what I needed in the very well lighted faucet repair parts section. It was great to be able to see the products on display so very well. I was able to see exactly the parts that I had to purchase. And the store associate at the checkout was a great assistance and so the store visit went very well. But this store is 15 miles farther than the store near my home, and so it is not like I will be a daily customer at store #2702 unless I am working on that side of town. And they do have a bigger and better parking lot.

I shop at this homw depot often. The people ate friendly and helpful. And the store is always clean.
