I was at Home Depot today for both a return and pick-up of an online order. Jayla, the Customer Service rep, was extremely pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. She did everything she could and took extra steps to help me with a return once an issue with the return was encountered. She also went out of her way to help me with the lockers on an 'in store' pick-up of an online order. I was most impressed with the friendly service she provided and noted same verbally to her supervisor before I left the store. Was one of my best shopping (frequent) experiences at this my local Home Depot.

As a former home owner, now in a garden apartment, I find delight in coming to your store I now you will have what I need for work around the house paint, repairing faucet, replacing electrical receptacle,PVC pipe, wood, sheet rock, filters to me you have everything. I can't tell how many times you have help in many situation doing work at home and always had what I needed. I thank Jesus for you and I tell all my friends and family and associates about you As resident in Scotch Plains 43 years having had my own home 25 raising 4 children all married and have there own homes, 17 grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren I tell them about Homedepot all the way. outstanding.

There are two employees who go above and beyond for their customers and that is Alex and Blake. I had to ask 4 people to help and got nowhere until I found Alex and Blake. They changed my entire experience and went above and beyond!!!! I was so touched and impressed with their willingness to help and friendliness compared to the other 7 employees I encountered during this shopping experience.

Easy to find items in the store. Convenient to my home.

The store was very clean. Fully stocked, and I found the items that I needed at this store. Did not have to go to another store. I will recommend this store to my family and friends. The associates were friendly and helpful.

I don't know what's going on in Watchung Home Depot, but customer service has gotten very bad there. All shopping carts are kept out in the parking lot, taking up a lot of spaces. And now they are crowding the aisles with stuff on pallets, very hard to get carts through the store. I spoke with an employee who said this is all due to the new store manager. If that's the case, they need a new manager.

Many helpful people here. The flooring people are really great! The checkout lines move quickly too–very well-organized.

Worst customer service waited 45 minutes trying to get someone to cut blinds , I had to call for help on my cell phone this place is a joke manager was not much help . Home Depot in South Plainfield is no better their blind cutter was broken! I wouldn’t even give them one star.

LATELY, and very often, the lines are longer and the cashiers are fewer, making prompt or reasonable service more difficult. Fixing this would create more happiness among your customers. SECOND, recent CDC reports indicate that the 6' spacing is no longer valid as that rule was based upon a 19th century European Tuberculosis decision that was inadvertently adopted as suitable for Covid 19. The CDC has admitted that 3' of space is more than enough room. In order to create better Home Depot relations and more room for line-up customers, I suggest you internally discuss removing the 6' foot restrictions and replace them with adequate 3' spacing restrictions which was the first suggestion of Dr. Fauchi in early 2020. Even with the current and common masking which has been held as generally ineffective, 3' of personal separation is considered safe by epidemiologists reports as of this week. Please share this for consideration with your managerial operations as public frustration with Covid19 mandates has reached its limit.

If you have Aleyda as your cashier you will be happy. Also ask her where things are, she knows more than the guys working there.

We had a lot of assistance since my husband is handicapped..all of the employees were very helpful...I would definitely go back to this store.

The best employee that always helps me out is Ryan Dematteo. He is well versed in all sections of the store and has always helped me with unique projects. Customer service oriented and a super friendly guy. He should be recognized as a fantastic employee and person (who goes the extra mile for customers).

This store seems to have improved it's customer service in the past few years. Prior to that this store left something to be desired.

Clean decor, stock workers, customer service, professional agents' knowledge, people wore masks and where extremely cordial: I've been with Home depot for over 50 years.

The Pro Desk consultant, Kasheif (KPU1KD) I have dealt with has been very professional, patient - in answering all my many questions and helpful in ordering the correct material for my AZEK Deck. He was always able to direct me to the items in the store that were not “special order” , which saved valuable time for me. He knows the product well. The Pro desk is professionally staffed and well organized.

I don't know where Home Depot finds their employees, but every time I come across one of them, they ALL provide SUPERB service!!! The place is big with extensive options and attentive staff.

This store has gotten a like better since the last time I visited, it's cleaner, the staff was friendly and helpful. Donna was especially helpful with explaining the product and went above and beyond to give all the information before my purchase.

Bob and Roy spent considerable amount of time to ensure that I was able to custom order all of the doors needed for my next project. They are the reason i'll continue to bring my business to the Watchung store.

As I stated before, everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The past couple of times I was able to get assistance from Ray and Kemiese and both went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding Employees!

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE STORES IN WATCHUNG AND SOUTH PLAINFIELD. I DID HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT THE STORE IN BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. THE EMPLYEES ON THE FLOOR WERE NOT AWARE OF THE LOCATIONS OF ITEMS AND WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL.
